We trusted this clinic for ten years before we had to move from the area. Everyone there, from the techs to the docs were wonderful to our three cats and two dogs. I find it incredibly hard to believe either Nancy or Dr. Mendlowitz were ever anything but professional and caring, as we never received anything but top notch care from both of them. We still talk about how grateful we are to them. For instance, someone abandoned a clearly abused and neglected dog behind their clinic in a cage, in the cold rain, matted in his own mess. Nancy helped us adopt him. But before she did so, she arranged to have him groomed and examined at no cost to us and allowed us to pick him up that same day! What a kind young lady with a heart of gold! And, we used to joke that Dr. Mendowitz was TOO thorough, meaning we knew it was going to be a comprehensive appointment no matter what the issue was and that all our questions would be answered. You cant say that about many vets. We highly recommend Lyndhurst Animal Clinical and all its staff to anyone.

I have been very unsatisfied with my current Vet for many years and have tried others, but was dissatisfied with them as well, so Id go back to my current. My niece takes her cat to Lyndhurst Animal Clinic and loves Dr. Wohlfeiler. I decided to give him a try and am so glad that I did. They have a large, clean waiting room, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. There were no foul odors and Dr. Wohlfeiler was so pleasant and thorough in his exam of my senior dog. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was so gentle and kind to Rocco. I told him it was nice to see that he wasnt jaded after all these years and he said that you have to do what you love in life. Their fees are average and possibly less than what I was paying at the other vet. Give them a try if youre looking for someone to take care of your animals.

Dr. Leon Mendlowitz seemed to not believe me or my girlfriend about what was wrong with our animal, did not diagnose our animal properly, and the problem is now worse than before. I feel like I just got ripped off 60$ by someone who seemed inconvenienced that he was at work. Furthermore, I asked him to fill a prescription for another cat he had originally prescribed, and told me that he could not and that it was for a dog. I will not be returning after me and my family have contributed upwards of a decade of business, and I will be telling my friends and family that care about their pets to go elsewhere. I take my Cats health very seriously for he has an auto-immune disorder and to see someone that has won the Ives-Cardiff award be so careless with my pet concerns me.

They took us in as an emergency patient when we werent even registered customers. They comforted me as I faced a terminal illness for my 8 year old boxer Henry. We now have a boxer and chihuahua that both go here and the care is exceptional.

Everyone here is awesome- always so gentle and kind to my dog as well as very clear about what is going on. They can always accommodate a last minute visit and are gracious about it. Always a pleasure to visit! :)

Everyone is very friendly and the docs are great. My dog was very sick and they quickly identified the issue and got him back to health. Wouldnt take him anywhere else
