I have been taking my cats here for 8 years and Dr.s Brown and Blair have always treated my pets like they were my children. They ask questions and address concerns and go over treatment options with me. The vet techs are all kind and caring and treat my cats like their own and know most of them by name (Ive taken 13 different cats here over the years). They always tell me what my options are regarding tests, treatment, etc. and go over the pricing with me and let me decide how to proceed. They are very cautious in their treatments and do not proceed with any recommendations until they reduce the possibility your pet will suffer ill effects from that treatment to its furthest extent. They will not even give my cats vaccinations unless they know my pets are healthy enough to deal with any possible side effects. When they do come upon an issue they cant fully diagnose or treat due to lack of proper equipment (MRI, ultrasound, heart surgery, etc.) they will recommend several local full service hospitals where you can take your pet for more extensive testing and treatment. I would highly recommend this Banfield to anyone and everyone.

They wanted to put my dog under to clean her teeth. Which I know is standard. However.... they had no plans on doing blood work on her to make sure, she was healthy enough. She will be 8 later this year. They now keep your pet for almost 4 hours, just for routine check ups. I dropped my dog off, as requested, went all the way home (35 minutes away) only to have them call me, a hour later to come get her. When I got to her, she was stressed out and her anxiety was insane! Also, I used there "wellness plan" I paid 33.00 a month, plus anywhere from 110-150 each visit! I called a couple local vets who, have great reviews, and they are half the cost with NO monthly payment. This Banfield, is not organized and I dont know how much they really care about your pet. Will never go back.

First, they were very nice. My dog got sick over Christmas and we didnt know what was wrong. They got me in right away. We went in and the vet spent about 10 minutes with us, examined him and then left. The tech came in about 20 minutes later saying that we needed to do $300 worth of blood work, x-rays and wed "start there." We opted to see if he would bounce back on his own. I did some research on my own and found out that all of his symptoms were indicative of diabetes. They never mentioned that. We took him to another vet and found out that yes, he was in fact VERY diabetic. I find it difficult to understand how, given his symptoms, that Banfield never mentioned it as a possibility. They didnt even offer to do a urine test (which would have told us). I wont go back.

This is where new vets take their first job out of college I think. We have been on their wellness plan for some time, but after the last year or so this place is being run different. I constantly see different vets, never the same anymore. They have no clue about your pets history. And all they want to do is tell you what you are doing wrong as a pet parent and push meds on you. Overall we have bad experiences here - and unecessary tests and charges.

Arrived prior to opening on Saturday with a vey sick dog. Only one other customer and his dog there. Was turned away because they were "booked." Would not see my dog the next day, at Metro. ER Hospital advice. Monday my dog passed!!!! SHAME ON THOSE HEARTLESS PEOPLE AT BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL CUYAHOGA FALLS OHIO. THAT WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED IF DR. JOE STILL OWNED THE HOSPITAL. Do not bring your your furbabies there!

Ive had my dog going here for three years and havent had an issue yet. staff and vets seem very nice and knowledgeable. would definitely recommend to others. of course theres going to be a wait but what doctors office doesnt? Whenever an urgent matter came up they always got me in right away!

The vets are always nice, and are very thorough...however, I cringe taking my dogs in because I wait an awefully long time. The clinic seems to be gettting more customers and having a hard time managing the load. Im thinking about looking for a new vet.

I have been going here for over 14 years. They consistently do a great job. There have been some newer vets, as said in the other reviews, but each and every one has been kind and caring, along with the front desk vet techs.
