From the moment I called the office to set up an appointment (same day), and to the final moment when one of the staff members helped carry my cat to my car on the way out, my experience at the Animal Care Center was nothing but total positivity. When I discovered my cat, Jefferey, had tapeworms, I panicked. I didnt know where to go on this side of town or who to trust. I Googled multiple veterinary offices, and Im glad I came across Animal Care Center. I made the call at 2pm and I asked if they could still squeeze me in, the staff member was friendly and we agreed on 5:00. I pulled up at 4:50 carrying a giant cardboard box with Jeffereys stubborn head poking through the flimpsy, open flaps, and before I reached the door, the one of the staff members greeted me and held the door open for me. Immediately Jefferey was seen, and Dr. Hansen worked very quickly and efficiently, while still taking the time to explain what he was doing, etc. Both he and the staff were complimenting my handsome orange cat, which was so sweet to hear. All my questions were answered, I didnt feel rushed, and I felt like a valued client. I honestly didnt expect to have such a positive experience, because Jefferey is usually terrified at the vet. Well, thanks to Dr. Hansen and his awesome staff, my cat was at ease and calm while sitting up on their table. And last but not least, the prices are fair and affordable, thanks again!

Dr. Hansen and staff are awesome! I just didnt feel comfortable with our previous vet. Made me feel like I wasnt doing a good enough job and taking advantage in any way they could to charge me for something or prescribe meds that werent needed. Tried to give my pup an antacid because he puked from being worked up and stressed at one appointment. He never pukes and they made me feel like I didnt care about my pup because I refused the antacid. Needless to say that is not the case with Dr. Hansen. I was concerned about my pups ears and he reassured me that they were ok. Even offered to have me look at the smear on the microscope and told me what I was looking at and that there were no signs of infection. I feel very comfortable and confident that my pup will be in good hands with any future visits. Everyone was very friendly and informative. So happy I found them!

I have no idea if I left a review for Dr. Hansen and his team but here it is!!! I was there a few months ago with my cat Sake :) He was sneezing and his eyes were super runny. Ron and his crew took care of my meow fast & prompt, it felt like a drive-thru somewhat in a good perspective because it was efficient and informational all at the same time while he was checking my kittys temperature and giving him some shots and medication. I will absolutely be there again. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby cat. See you again in the future!

My husband and I would drive all the way from Orlando, FL to take our sweet cat to Dr. Hansen and his wonderful staff. Sadly, we had to let her go, as she was suffering from late stages of kidney failure, but despite our loss, Dr. Hansen and his staff wrote us a beautiful card with their condolences. Dr. Hansen is not the type of vet to try and order unnecessary tests or labs. He truly has a passion for animals that exceeds anything Ive seen in a veterinary doctor.

Dr. Hansen and staff have gone above and beyond for us. We have a few more years with our dog than we thought thanks to them. They have been very reasonable with their costs and generous. Using Banfield was a mistake dont waste your money with greedy Corporate watered down high profit chains. Go with locally owned and operated clinics such as this one. Animal Care Center is now and forever my furry buddys Primary Care Center!

We love this vet office. Ive typed this review twice and lost it both times. I have 5 dogs and a cat and my family has used this vet since we moved back here 14 years ago (our oldest dog has been coming for almost that long). I hear stories from other vets and I question why people use these vets. As long as its possible we will keep bringing our animals here.

Dr. Hanson and his staff are the most wonderful and caring place you can take your pets. They have helped us care for our diabetic cat for years and we could not have done it without them. They are knowledgeable and check in to see how they are doing. Luna continues to live a long happy life and I appreciate all they have done to help keep her healthy.

We chose Dr. Hanson based on convenience after moving here from Philly 10 years ago. Lucky choice! We have several pets and have since depended on his staff for their care. I have 2 new puppies and they have their 1st appt with Dr. Hanson because even though we have moved to another area and its no longer so convenient their office is worth the trip.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hansen and his staff. They are such genuine and caring people which makes all the difference in the world. Dr. Hansen I can not thank you enough for saving my dogs life. What started out as a cough, turned into be a severe case of Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia. Dr. Hansens quick thinking saved my dog Lilys life. His office staff are one of the best Ive had the pleasure to deal with as well. They are genuinely concerned about my dogs health.

I was in a tight spot, looking for an affordable vet to take my dog to on really short notice. Thankfully, they were able to take her in an hour after I called, and the service was fantastic. Doctor has taken care of all my animals over the past 4 years. With 5 dogs and 5 cats, you have to have an affordable, honest, thorough veterinarian. He does the job, and he does it well. The staff are always helpful, friendly and generous. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen and his staff!
