The whole team here is amazing. We have been coming to this vets for the last 6 years and there Is no other vets I would trust my animals to. I initially started seeing Dr. Andrix, who is very good but once Dr. Basset joined we switched to seeing him exclusively. Dr. Basset is so awesome. He is very nice, and his bedside manner is great. He will tell you the issues clearly then give all of the options available. He will research if he needs to and keeps up to date with developments in the field. When dealing with an end of life situation he was very calm and thoughtful, giving us the time we needed to make the hard choices that sometimes have to be made and walking us through the process. I cannot gush enough about how much my family and I like and respect Dr. Basset. The rest of the staff is so nice and helpful, they recognize me and my pack and make us feel very much at home. They are so great with the cats and make the experience so much easier. Love this clinic!

Had to take my recently adopted rescue in for an emergency involving a heartworm injection. They were prompt, kind, caring, knowledgable, and compassionate. The doctor kept me updated and explained everything in detail. The vet techs were awesome as well. I went from fearing the worst to feeling there is hope. I have only been to a few vets in the Central Florida area and have been using the same vet for our other furry children for 8 years now, but will be switching my whole brood here for routine care. Based on some of the other reviews about money and cost, I truly feel when you love your pets like children, it doesnt matter. I did not find them any more pricey than any other vet in the area. Vet care can be expensive which is why it is so important to get routine preventative care, just like with people. Would definitely recommend St. Cloud Vet Clinic to anyone. Thank you.

Dr. Bassett was very knowledgeable about my cats periodontal condition. He had to remove several of his teeth due to a particular autoimmune disease that effects a cats gums, and in my case, his skin too. I knew my cat had periodontal problems, in fact, I had already had his teeth cleaned and teeth extracted before. After seeing different veterinarians in the past 4 years, Dr Bassett informed us of the seriousness of my cats condition. I was actually sad that I should have done something sooner. He showed me the X-rays and explained in detail why he removed his teeth, while impressing on me that he would be there to help in any way. Thank You so much Dr Bassett for bringing to life the perfect care to my sweet baby boy, Elvis! He is so much more active and happy. I would recommend Dr Bassett to my friends and family.

Expensive. EXTREMELY expensive, charging almost twice what other veterinarians charge. As if that was not challenging enough, the treatment given for my pet did not resolve his problem. I brought him here for a skin condition I am frustrated with, hoping to get results from a different veterinarian. When I compared the records from his other vet, not only did I realize just how much more it cost, but the dosing on the antibiotics was half what the previous veterinarian ordered. So he will have to go back. As the pet owner, you are paying for that lovely piece of property, fancy building, and plenty more, but its the same level of care you can get elsewhere.

Dr Andrex is amazing. He saved my dog life a few years ago when it got hit by a car. He actually called me and did the surgery 6am because the other stupid emergency clinic left her bleeding, and did not know what to do. The dog surgery was very successful and she gain back the use of her legs. Also he was far more cheaper than that stupid emergency clinic in south Orlando and he knows whats he is doing. He knows when its an emergency and he will meet you early. I just saw dr Andrex name and after 9 years I want to say thank you for helping me in very stressful situations.

I LOVE Dr. Bassett ! He is amazing, as well as the whole team at St Cloud Vet Center! I bring both of my fur babies there; Clover who is my 1 year old Persian and Jasper who just turned 9 on August 8th! We just welcomed Jasper into our family and the first day we adopted him, I immediately brought him to Dr. Bassett and he was very gentle with the 23 pound new addition haha :) We will continuously recommend and choose St Cloud Vet Center above all others ! I took my English Bulldog puppy today for an initial office visit and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Bassett and technician Jennifer were both very kind and gentle with my baby and were extremely helpful about answering all of my questions. I am glad I chose this clinic for my puppys care.

The best looking facility ever. boarded my dog, cat and parrot on short notice. Not a problem. The staff was friendly and told one of the docs about an ear infection in my dog - they took care of it and treated him. I even got a very nice boarding report card with their picture on it!

Dr. Bassett and staff are awesome! They care for the animals as if they are humans. They are a bit pricey, but considering the care they give my girls, it is well worth the cost.

The vet is a little rough but the man knows what he is doing. I dont even mess with the other vets anymore when my dog is sick. If your animal is really sick just come here.
