Around April, I re homed a guinea pig. I had 20 guinea pigs already, and I put TEX the 3 year old Texel with my 2 oldest and calmest girls. 3 days later after school I go check on all the Cavys and I see my 5 year old sow sniffing Texs eye. I then get a closer look, and its swollen and pink. We took her to two vets that night and didnt have enough money until that friday. I then went home called SFPC got an appt, and put together a new clean cage- just for her- and waited 2 nights. 2 days later they give us antibiotic and an estimate on surgery. Surgery as we expected was very expensive, so we were just waiting for Tex to pass on ( while giving her antibiotic and eydrops). 2 weeks later her eye SHRUNK BACK TO NORMAL A SIZE. We believe shes blind in that eye now. But thats better than surgery or death. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!! Ill definitely bring guinea pigs to you guys, but lets hope we dont need to.

When I adopted my cat, I wanted a pet clinic who would recognize me and my cat and they certainly do. All the vet techs and veterinarians are professional and knowledgeable, not to mention so nice! Nicole will have conversations with me for hours if she could. I have never had the "I dont think they know what I was talking about" feeling like I often have with other vets. Prices arent unreasonable and they offer payment plans. Even if I have questions, I call and ask them and they help me through it. Really great place!

We had an extremely positive experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and Dr. Albers is clearly passionate about providing great care. They made our dogs vaccination update as painless as possible, and immediately provided care and medicine when she had a mild reaction to one of the shots. On top of this, everyone was so kind and personal and made us feel like family. We wont take our pup anywhere else!

Stow Falls is wonderful. They can usually get me in same day and if not, they are always more than willing to check the other two offices to see if I can get in elsewhere. They also accept payment plans, which is very convenient for a poor college student. The staff and doctors are considerate and knowledgeable and have always taken very good care of my pets. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I was able to make an appointment the same day that I called, which was very helpful. The staff was very personable and informative, providing information since we are new to the area. The establishment was clean and inviting. The place was not crowded with other visitors. Definitely a great first impression! Im glad that I made my first vet visit here!

So far...so good. Have recently started bringing my new puppy Rascal here instead of my old vet where I take my other 2 dogs and a cat. They have night and weekend hours. When we go it is not crowded and crazy like our other vets office. Want to start bringing my whole herd here. People are beyond friendly!
