Best place EVER! ... definitely courteous, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly and most important CARING! Broke a cap on Saturday. I called just in case they were in the office, but, instead i got a recording. The recording was great because it gave me options, it let me choose whether it was an emergency or if i wanted to leave a message. I was in no pain, so i left a message. First thing Monday morning I receive a call from them telling me i could come in that afternoon! No waiting, just arrived, and was called back to the chair. Dr. Mensh fixed it good as new! I read the other reviews and they are spot on about the doctors and staff making you feel at ease if you have any kind of dental anxiety! I highly recommend this office to anyone. Always treated like family when I am there. Michael, Lynn, Patti at the front desk are attentive, efficient, and helpful. You are always greeted as you approach the counter and they never ignore you for side conversations, phone calls or other work matters. They make you the priority. Oops, i do have to shout out to my hygienist...Hey Tina, have an awesome day! Tinas my girl!!! :)

I have suffered from severe dental anxiety since I was a kid... Until I became a patient at Brickworks Dental... Everyone there is is amazing!!! The front desk staff is friendly, warming, and calming... They is always a smile on their faces! Lynne is so knowledgeable, you always know what, when, and why, you are being seen. She is also always eager to help her patients in any way possible... Dr. Pham is wonderful, he always takes extra time to make sure I am comfortable before starting any dental work. The hygienists and dental assistants, are all very nice and go the extra mile to make sure you are doing well... Since becoming a patient at Brickworks, I have recommended the practice to so many people, even my husband and father have been going there too... Thank you to everyone at Brickworks Dental!!

I came here because I lived close to the office. At my first cleaning, I was absolutely SHOCKED to hear that I had multiple cavities - something I have never had in my life. I had a few of the teeth fixed but canceled my last appointment because they had messed up a tooth and "couldnt fit me in" to fix it - for the entire month of December (what?!?). I went to another office by my work and learned I never even had cavities - yet there are seven SEVEN fillings in my mouth. AND I had to pay out of pocket for another office to fix the tooth their extremely unprofessional doctor messed up. (Unprofessional: Never introduced himself to me and had personal, private conversations with the hygienist over my opened mouth). I will never return and would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a patient at Brickworks for about 14 years! The front desk employees are always very pleasant and helpful. The hygienist I love is Laura. I wouldnt want anyone else! Every time I go for a cleaning she makes me feel so comfortable and asks about my personal life. Laura is the one that helped me feel more confident about going to the dentist. I also very much like Dr. Burdette. He is down to Earth and explains everything thoroughly. Brickworks overall is a great place for dental work!

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist made sure I knew financially what to expect and offered information on discounts (what a pleasure). Dr. Pham was very patient and explained, in laymans terms, what exactly I needed to have done. He offered every possible treatment available, and allowed me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Excellent staff

Dr Pham was very gentle while doing two fillings on opposite sides of my mouth today. He is very good at what he does. Also, knowing that Dr Pham served our country in the Navy made me feel even better. He is a wonderful doctor and a man who loves his country!!!
