Very unprofessional. They have called to cancel appointments twice but put down that I canceled both times. I tried to call today because my car broke down but I was so close I was going to walk but I would be 5 minutes late. It took 4 calls and 15 minutes just to get someone to take the call. When one did, I told her who I was scheduled to see and why I was calling. She cut me off by loud talking and asked for my birth date so she could look up who I was scheduled to see... After she figured it out, I informed her that I had already told her who I was scheduled to see. Then she put me on hold for 3-4 minutes so she could tell me I was already late... 3:01 for a 3:00. Very unprofessional.

Always got to wait 1 hr to 1 and a half hours past my appointment time dont even inform you if something shows up on lab went threw pregnancy not knowing i was anemic and did not find out till pospotom visit 4 weeks after having my baby and while getting a iud put in the doctor was on the phone walking in and out the room with me laying on the table then knocked her stuff over and had to run out the room to get new ones didnt even sighn the consent for them to do the procedure till afterit was done i would not recommend anyone going

The wait is always a long time. Im currently sitting here 30 minutes past my appointment time and havent been seen. Every time Im here I wait 30 mins to 1 hour past the time of my appointment. Clearly they need to figure out a better system and not schedule so many people. Im a healthcare worker myself and the wait and how slow they are here is ridiculous! Next time Im pregnant I will NOT be coming here for my prenatal care!
