I started going here in April. The dentist told me that I needed a filling on tooth 13. He charged me multiple prices prior to doing the cavity. Thereafter, i have been back to this place three times for the same tooth to learn that i needed a root canal initially. My tooth is now hurting because just two weeks ago I was informed. I plan on hiring a lawyer because there is no way that I had cosmetic surgery to save a tooth that now I may have to take out because of the dentist neglect. I paid out of pocket each time for numerous Co pays and for some reason this place did not report my payments. I have A bill also from my carrier.

soooo, i had a 1:45pm appointment at which i was there at 1:30PM. I sat and waited until 2:30pm before i was even seen. But once i was in the dental chair, the dental assistants were extreamly comforting in my visit. I really did enjoy my interactions with the people that assisted me from the receptionist to the dentist himself. my only qualm was that my visit last a total of 3 hours and alot of the machinery wasnt operable. other than the long wait it was great! Its the first time I have ever gone to a dentist and they offered services immediatly opposed to having to have a follow up appointment, for say an extraction.

I am very funny about new doctors and dentist. I wasnt crazy about going. From the phonecall on my experience was awesome and amazing! It was the first time I ever had my xrays done with no pain. Shout out to Khristen. Dr. Rupali was wonderful. She explained everything bo matter how small. Even though I had a severe toothache I felt no pain during my cleaning. She was extra careful yet thorough. Im so grateful to have found them. I would recommend them no matter where you live. Thanks for taking your time with me to ensure I was comfortable.

long wait, left 3 hours after I walked in. too much chaos and miscommunication resulted in me being treated very harshly by staff. tyler, the dentist who saw me made insensitive jokes about my dental health. the receptionist misspelled my name (though is was printed clearly on numerous documents) and put the wrong follow-up appointment time in an email to me. And on top of all this, their phone doesnt work properly so they dont always get calls, and their voice mailbox is full

Although the company is called Gentle Dental, there is nothing gentle about them. It hurt like hell while I was getting my tooth extracted. Then I find out a couple days later that there was still a small piece of my tooth left stuck in my gums and all this time I thought it was my gums that was aching. Save yourself the time and pain and visit another dentist.

My visit there was the best, they where very helpful and the doctor didnt hurt me. The best part of my visit was the front desk, the Muslim sister was so nice to me I so love her because I am terrified of the dentist. I told my entire neighborhood about my time there and at the end of my treatment they gave me information and goods to help me.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Rupali is an excellent addition to the team. She is gentle and honest in her approach to dentistry. She is one of the most pleasant doctors I have come across. I have referred many of my friends to Dr. Rupali. Staff is great too! Def. a must visit place :)

I am one who is very nervous when it comes to having any type of dental work. The staff was very nice and patient with me. They explained every aspect of the work that needed to be done. I will definitely be returning.

I have to admit I have been going there for a while and the quality has improved drastically. I didn’t have to wait long, the hygienist did a very thorough job, and the dentist was nice as usual.

I had an appointment at 12:00. I was called to the back at 12:45, I sat for 2 hrs without being seen. I only went to get my teeth cleaned. I wouldnt recommend anyone.
