I was setting up an appointment with the receptionist. Everything was great until she asked for my insurance information . I didnt have an id number for my insurance . She said that the id number must be my social security number . And I told her that I cant release that information over the phone . She told me she couldnt book me that appointment until I gave her my social security. I told her that I would give my information in person vs over the phone. She said she still couldnt book my appointment over the phone . She couldve found other ways to set me up an appointment other than retrieving my social security number. Its just risky giving my social security information over the phone especially with the frequency of hacking and stealing of social security number. I hope that they can set up an appointment in the future without asking for social security numbers over the phone .

As a new patient who went in for an emergency appointment in an incredible amount of pain...I left so overwhelmed with grattitude. Dr. Tuman and his staff were truly compassionate from the moment I called in tears over the phone (from pain and frustration as Id been turned away from half a dozen local dentists offices for not having an appointment on a Friday.) The receptionist put me on hold for less than 30 seconds before telling me to get there as soon as I could. When I got there, they made sure I was as cofortable as I could be under the circumstances and within the hour I left with the prescriptions and clear directions for treatment. The truly shocking part was that Dr. Tuman even had one of the receptionists call me the next day to make sure everything was healing properly. THEY CALLED ME!? Seriously the best experience Ive had in any medical environment in the last decade.

Just got home a little while ago from an emergency visit with Dr. Tuman. I lost an eye tooth/cap and was already told by other dentists that there was nothing they could put in to temporarily improve my smile (unless I wanted to pay over $500!). Before I even came in, Dr. Tumans receptionist assured me that I would go home with a temporary that would look great while I wait for the permanent replacement. She also looked up the cost of the work I would likely get done so I could make a decision. The friendly care and thorough exam and work while I was in the chair was amazing. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Tuman! Highly recommend this dental office!

This is a fantastic office with wonderful people! The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, appointments are easy to schedule and run on time, the dental work is always done perfectly and with great care. I had always been anxious going to the dentist, but since I have been here I have caught up on all the work my anxiety caused me to miss (root canals and all) I dont worry beforehand, I am relaxed and comfortable during procedures, and they have never once made me feel bad about being nervous, asking questions, or about what I needed done. Bonus was that they accepted my out-of-state insurance! I cannot recommend them enough!

The office is nice, clean and the staff is very pleasant! Dr. Tuman has a good personality and I consider him to be a painless and thorough Dentist! They have plenty of rooms so privacy is never an issue. Before, making a dental appointment was an issue but, with this office, the process is quite convenient and I have never encountered a long wait. I would HIGHLY recommend this office!
