MUST READ BEFORE U GO! The staff including the dr. Have treated my family very disrespectfuly on each and every one of our calls and appointments. I will never go again rather self pay then be talked down to. What happened? I called to see if they are taking new patients they said yes come in with i.d. and insurance card. I do they ask for my records, I had them sent over. They set up appointment for 3 months later saying they are booked. At this point Ive been threw so much I take it. After I show up early they tell me the x rays are no good they need to do new ones but Ill have to pay $130. Out of pocket because the dr. Wont take my insurance. I explain to the same 2 women who made the appointment that I went threw all this prior. They both denied ever seeing my insurance card or scanning it. I say well when I made this appointment I was here for 45 Mins waiting for u to check the insurance. They said they couldnt have done that until the day of my appointment. I ask what to do she says pay the 130 because ur insurance wont. I call insurance company they said Im covered for the x rays while Im standing in there office , then they say its not showing up in there system so they cant do it. OK fine Ill pay , then after I pay for x rays she says I need to come back for the x rays in 2 months that they cant do it today! I asked for a refund she said there is no way to issue one that Ill have to wait for my appointment to have x rays. This is the worse place of business Ive ever been in. The smoke alarms where going off in the office and no one was trying to shut them off they didnt address the people in the office about why they where going off. They didnt explain why they took my $ and forced me to wait 2 more month to see the dr. When I asked to speak to the women dr. Myself she was just as short and rude as her staff. This isan over all horrible place

I got 2 cavities fixed today. First of all, my dentist has no respect at all. She assumed that I never brush my teeth or floss, simply because my molar teeth have cavites, even though I brush and floss my teeth everyday. Ok, so she comes in and automatically injects a numbing agent into my mouth before she starts. She mustve not done it properly because it took about an hour in total for the side of my mouth to be (almost) completely numb. Now, she starts drilling my teeth and even though it hurts pretty bad, I tell her it hurts, she continues drilling and says "hang on" as if she didnt give a care in the world about my pain. After she figures out im not fully numb, she sticks the needle into my gums in about 10 places, 20 times roughly while asking "does this hurt?" or "here?" She obviously didnt know the procedure and was terrible at the injection. After she finished, I left and the right side of my mouth was numb for about 5 hours straight, its even numb as I am writing this now. In conclusion, make this place your last resort for the dentist. I dont think these people know what theyre doing. I mean, my mouth is so numb, i could hardly eat my dinner. By the way, Im 15.

Spent over $1000 out of pocket to have dentures ready and able to use after my extractions were complete. Went in had the oral surgery and they wouldnt fit. Not to big to support swelling, they were too small! They didnt fit the jaw at all. So my wife calls the office,since I have just had all of my upper teeth extracted, so they can fix the problem. "Were sorry but the doctor isnt in today you will have to wait until Monday. We had to pay for the dentures in advanced wait to have the extractions done until we got the Temps and now we have nothing! I understand mistakes happen.But you wont do anything to fix it for 3 days!

Dont go here. I went for a cleaning and they tried to tell me that I needed to spend 8,000 on dental work. Dentist was yelling at me because I couldnt remember another dentist name. Took xray to another dentist and their write up. I did not need any work done the female dentist at aplus smile said I needed. Aplus smile wanted me to take out a loan. Beware.

Dental hygienist who cleans teeth is great but the dr and fillings assistant are awful. Went in for a filling and came out worse than when I went in!! Didnt clean my teeth before the filling and didnt tell me anything that was going on!!! I had filling flakes and paste in my hair when I left!!! Worst dentist Ive ever been to!
