This Urgent care is hit or miss. Ive been there several times, due to being new to the area, and not having a pcp established yet. I had an excellent nurse attend to my issue who was very thorough and happy to do some not so pleasant things for me. Then on follow up appointments, I had a good experience one time with another nurse and doctor. On a second follow up, Jeckyll and Hyde staff tended to me. Condescending, obnoxious, caused additional infection because they didnt want to deal with me. A nurse reamed me out for coming there and wasting their time, because she said I should have a regular doctor by then, and that if I havent seen one yet it must be my own laziness, because she has never heard of a new patient waiting list. But I was still on a new patient waiting list, so I was still coming to my only option in Hagerstown, the Urgent Care. If you have to go to Urgent Care, this place could be a phenomenal solution for you, or a horrible place, depending on who is on staff on the particular day you come. Roll the dice and cross your fingers..... A couple of other reviews complain about the waiting time. To me, this is a non-issue - its like complaining about the wait at the airport, when there is a delay because they are fixing your broken plane. I wouldnt push them to take off without properly working equipment, and I understand that sometimes at Urgent Care there are loads of people, some of which are patiently waiting with more severe issues than I have, and need to be tended to before me. I have waited there several hours before, and also got right in, depending on the day and time. They are appropriately staffed - the only issue is that there are peak times, such as Fridays and Sundays after church, when for whatever reason people bring their kids in. Any place will have these issues - they are non-issues. I wish they would fix or replace their broken blinds in the walls of windows overlooking a working farm, though. I hate disrobing knowing that the people on the farm can still see me thru the tinted windows. I also wish the walls were more substantial, as I could hear all about the discussions people in the rooms to either side of me were having with the doctors - could hear private conversations like I was in the same room, and Im sure they could hear mine as well.

The facility would of got 5 stars but the registration woman named Tammy was HORRIBLE. I sat and waited to be next to be called up but she was to busy socializing. A woman had came in after me and was registered right away. I had said something to the other registration girl Aaron ( who was very kind) and she had stated Tammy was suppose to be doing my registration. Tammy had then proceeded to give me a smug look and stated she was working on it.. Eventually after several minutes of Tammy still taking her sweet time Aaron just eventually called me up. Im sorry but people come to urgent care because they are in pain and are not expecting to deal with a registration person with a terrible attitude. Its people like her who makes me never want to participate with urgent care however the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!!!

I took my 90 year old Father to the N Pointe Urgent Care facility at 530pm one day this past week. He had fallen and had a large cut on his arm. I was greatly impressed with check in, courteous staff, and how quickly we were seen by the nursing staff and Doctor. I never had time to start reading a magazine in the waiting area. Since they are part of Meritus, Dads information was available in their data system. Staff were kind, caring, gentle and reassured Dad during the visit. Since Dad has Alzheimer condition, they were especially caring. He even received a blanket to keep him warm. Arm was treated, wrapped, prescription provided, and we were on our way home. Thank you Urgent Care. I highly recommend their facility for medical services.

I went in today after suffering with a cough, sore throat, etc for several days. The cough gets so bad at times that I cant breathe....it happened while I was there. Im sure people got mad that I was taken back "out of order," but I got a breathing treatment and for the first time in days felt like I could breathe. My only complaint is that I had to call 4 hours after I left because my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Edit: while my previous experience was good, this one is horrible. Ive been here for an hour and havent even been checked in yet. But theyve checked in 4 people who came in after I did. When they bother to check you in, theyre great, but there is absolutely no sense in taking an hour to check people in.

Every time I have been here, the experience has been good. The staff is very accommodating and empathetic. That is quite important to me when I am sick. The doctors, nurses and X-ray staff are pleasant and kind. I always feel well taken care of there. It is a wonderful blessing to feel that the whole staff wants to help ME! I also appreciate having the X-ray department there so that I can do everything in one place instead of having to run all over town. That helps a lot when one is ill. And having the pharmacy in the same building means getting my Rx quickly and easily also.

This was the best "doctors office" experience Ive had in my 34 years on this earth! The registration staff members were professional, discreet with personal info and kind. The nurse/technician (Sherrie) who took my vitals and got my visit started was very friendly and professional as well. The physician (Dr. Womeldorf) was knowledgeable, caring and informative. She was friendly and put me at ease right away. I will definitely remember this place the next time I need care for a minor illness or injury. Im already recommending them to my friends! Keep up the great work!!!

I came in with my son yesterday with multiple symptoms which doctor Nguyen, Khanh ignored almost all off them even the reading of his oxygen level of 84 which the nurse had taken there(anything below 92 is concerning) and his cough and after I left here I had to take him to the emergency room to get the proper treatment and care I should and could have received at the urgent care. The doctor was very careless and pretty in and out. He didnt show any concern for my 8 month old son who was covered head to toe in a rash. I would never recommend to be seen by him.

Had bad experience, hardly anybody in there ,waited an hour never was called then other people came in and was called, tells me some in bad experienced people working in there my 5yr old son was not seen by anybody or called in over an hour so we left could tell no one cared anyways. I feel and sure not only one this place no different them e.r. Except I did get called back to nurse a lot faster and they didnt skip over my son and call other people over him. I dont recommend anyone to go to this e.c it sucks and so does it lazy incompetent workers!!!
