The worst place ever. Went here for an ultrasound. The technician, Sarah, was so nasty and rude. When I asked questions she responded one worded and made me feel stupid. Having a baby is a very happy time in someones life and she was so mean. If you are going to work in a field where you do not like patients and being happy then do not get a job that incorporates that. I left this place crying. The pictures were given to me on a disc. They were all blurry and I could not make out a thing. I called the manager here and she was no help at all. She said she would put some pictures on the disc that looked better because she agreed the pictures sarah gave me where not good and they look the exact same. If you want to stay in a postive and happy environment and actually have a good ultrasound stay farrrrrrrrr away from this hell hole. The only positive part of this place was the guy working the check in. He was very smiling and helpful.

This facility must be run by Santa because literally every person there is happy, gracious, competent and kind. Ive never seen anything like it. Sam in reception has the most engaging, effervescent personality. Brandon at check-in is easy-going and personable. Amber in mammogrophy is so passionate about her field that it makes you kind of happy to be there, which is really something considering the circumstances. This trio should pull together a seminar and take their work ethic model on the road! Everyone should be so great at what we do.

Sam at Medical Mall radiology not only answered the phone with great professionalism, but was kind and very helpful in getting answers to my questions. In the midst of all the chaos that can surround our health care facilities, it is nice to be greeted by and assisted with kindness and great care. Thank you!

Very friendly and efficient!!! Staff was great! The man who welcomed me was wonderful and considerate - the nurses were thorough and very sweet. Wait time was very minimal and they did everything they could to make sure you were comfortable! Made my procedure that much easier!
