Do not use them if you have Cigna. I waited two weeks with no reply about a pre-authorization, I had to call my insurance, then them. Then they decided to not pursue an appeal, and also did not call me to tell me that. I called THEM two weeks later when insurance said no appeal had been filed. So, no calls. Then they made me meet with the NP again, who acted like they did nothing wrong by not calling me, since I was mailed a denial - news flash - it takes weeks to get the denial in the mail. So, I paid for an MRI, waited two months total, and three $40 copay specialist visits for the NP to look over her glasses and deny everything Im saying and had discussed with the rest of the office, and tell me to take Tylenol.

Dr Kalia is a maniac. refuses to let you speak at all. my wife left crying and i told him the appointment was over. he is rude, obnoxious and just plain unstable. Hard to believe with all the people saying the same thing he exists where people need help the most., He is just plain dangerous and a BULLY. He wanted to put me on nerve drugs but after this appointment i ended up having another major foot and ankle surgery. The foot was tilted because of an achilles injury dr loveys missed and it had to be lengthened . Also cartiladge damage. kalia is a quack. Stay clear of this place.

I have been to see Dr Kalia 8/22/17 as a new patient and 8/23/17 for a Medial Branch Block. My experiences with Dr Kalia and the staff at the spine center were all excellent. I would recommend Dr Kalia to my family and friends.
