Funny thing is I had a pleasant experience when I was seen there. I received my bill about a month later and it was insanely high. They overcharged for everything! I called in and a lady told me we can give you a huge discount if you pay right now. I asked if I could call back because I needed to discuss it with my wife. I called back a few hours later to accept the deal they offered me. I was rudely told that there is no way I was told that. SERIOULSY?! I talked with a manager and was told again there is no way someone offered that. After arguing with this woman for 15 minutes she finally told me that she can check the tape of the conversation. Really?!?!?! Why not say that right away?? Of course 2 hours later the same lady that told me originally about the deal called me back and said she is sorry for making that error but she would honor the deal she said. No apology from the manager that basically called me a liar. So I finally pay these crooks in FULL and just tell myself ill never set foot in that place again. Noppeeee I just received another bill telling me I owe them the difference they took off my bill? Seriously please take my advice and never set foot in this place. They are a joke!

No one communicates with one another and you cant get a straight answer from anybody! Also, apparently patient care is not a 24/7 job so good luck trying to get anything done on a weekend and forget about trying to get anything worked in beforehand because nobody explains or trys to work with you on your care. My mother had a hard time with her knee replacement and everybody kept passing her off to other people. Once her pain medication was set properly 2 days after her surgery, she could finally start walking but now its Friday and nobody tells you that BCBS or that patient coordinators dont work on the weekends so getting her out is on a stand still! Patient care is a joke here and I will never have my mother or anybody I know attend this facility. I worked a healthcare facility before and I never had an issue with contacting medical/Administrstive staff no matter what time of day it was. Lets see what happens with these next 2 days!!!

I have been in a lot of Emergency rooms in my 50 years of life, this hospital was by far one of the most efficient and thorough that i have experienced even with a full house. From the attendants, to doctors each person was kind, concerned and knowledgeable. I was afraid when I walked in, and now am convinced that if I ever needed the emergency room again, I would go here. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and all who cared for me while I was there.

As I am passing a kidney stone at the registration desk in horrific pain To sign in for a CT Scan I am told they are busy and wait until I am called or if I want I can *walk* over to the ER. More concerned with paper work than patients, The nurse who was going to scan me allowed me to use the rest room where I did indeed pass the stone which of course they did not catch nor ever saw in the scan. Incompetent. Will never go back.

Had a horrible experience. It was obviously based on my prior record, but I fell about 25-30 feet and this is the most painful thing Ive ever experienced and all I was offered was Naprosyn which does nothing. NSAIDs never touch my pain. Nothing I can do about it besides fork over another $3,000 to NHRMCs greedy billing department. What a waste of time and money.

Have had several orthopedic surgeries at Cape Fear....awesome hospital! Great staff from volunteers to surgeons to housekeeping to laboratory technicians, all are top notch. I will have to have my knees replaced eventually, I want to have it done at Cape Fear before they move the Orthopaedic Hospital to the new facility.

everyone was excelent here. right when I walked in. very knologitable. hope a spelled it right. the comonzone shot didnt hurt and told me it might not last long. usealy 3 months was the latest some last shorter. I recamend this place for every boddy

My favorite hospital were I used to work was and is Cape Fear Memorial Hospital excellent health care is what we strike to give.!! I really miss my co- workers...excellent team player.!!

This is a great branch of NHRMC. Great staff and pleasant atmosphere. Theyve helped me in on the weekend with a family member and a dislocated shoulder, and they were wonderful.

Practice is in-network, but Dr. Miller is billing through an outside service and is billing as out-of-network provider. Its a shame because he was a good doctor.
