I will start by saying, the wait was a little extreme but well worth it! When I walked in, I was greeted by the woman at the front desk ( which by the way ALL HAD SMILES! Ive NEVER seen that in short time I have been here in S FL.). My appointment was at 5:10 and I was seen by the PA ( Jason, who was a complete doll) at 6:15. At 6:45 by Dr Aysen Gurrea, who was such a pleasure, a breath of fresh air. She truly made me feel so comfortable. She was very informative, took the time to listen to all of my questions and answered ALL of them. She referred me to other specialists at the practice which makes me feel comfortable because my Drs will be in touch on any or all of my medical issues. Dr Gurrea had ordered some labs for the next day. When I walked in at 6:45 am I was, yet again, greeted with a smile by the front desk ( I wish I knew their names, they had such great energy for 6:45 in the morning!!!) But every one in that office was such a pleasure, I have never met such a happy staff. My boss, Richard Branson, always said " If you keep your staff happy by treating them well, your clients will be treated well by your staff" . I am very happy at Cano Health. OH!! And most importantly!! I was also, really impressed with the cleanliness of this practice. I was a surgical assistant for many years and that is one of the first things I look at. The place was spotless! I give Cano 5 stars and Dr Guerra 10!

This office is absolutely amazing the medical staff including millie and debby are amazing. They have a new girl too but im not sure the name as of this moment thats great as well. My doctor takes the time to listen to me and i feel comfortable. Plus the office is spectacularly clean! Now the medical department is hand downs amazing!! The reason i gave a 1 star wasnt because the medical it was because of the dental. The service is great. The older woman in the front is kind and sweet. And gigi is absolutely over the top! She explains everything to me so easily and she makes sure i understand my treatment and cost. She takes the time to talk to me and actually cares about the patient not just the check. The horrible part was the doctor. I dont remember whether i saw him as a patients at some point. But it was not his doctoring that was the problem. As i was checking out with debby i saw the way he spoke to his staff about money, and that to me was repulsive. Do you actually care about the patient? He said "im broke". I didnt understand why he was saying that to his employee who with no doubt makes 10 times less than he does. I dont remember the name of the doctor but he is featured on the glass when you come into the office. That is not the way to talk to a person but i guess not everyone was taught manners or just plain respect for others. In summary this is a marvelous office just dont see that dentist.

A M A Z I N G! The best primary care center in the business! I love Dr. Gabriel shes so educative and compassionate, Dr. Hernandez is great and the physician assistants Jason, Dara, and Fabio are simply fabulous. The front desk is fantastic, everyone is so hospitable and caring, Ivette, Milly, Edith and Debby are just the sweetest and always make arrangements for you. Dr. Infante and Milly from Humana are the most incredible people and workers! Not only that, but Dr. David and Dr. Steph from dentistry are so considerate and caring along with Lisette and Gigi, who are just too kind and sweet. They even have Endocrinology there, Dr Villafranca and the endo girls Barbara, Stephanie and Natalia are so amiable, professional and charismatic! Chiropractic is awesome with the marvelous Rita and Dr. Haskin have never left me dissatisfied. Ive been with them for 3 years and it goes without being said, theyre like a family there and they always make you feel like youre part of it. Amazing synergy and work flow, smooth timing especially for walk ins and everyone is so attentive, and I think I am finally at loss for adjectives to describe how great they really are lol! But obviously you should go and experience it for yourself. If you want quality health care--go here.

I purchased a groupon for Zoom whitening treatment last year and havent even been able to get in this place. I called several times during the week, the phone was answered rudely and I was put on hold for about 15 minutes each time. When I finally got a hold of someone they informed me that they only do whitening on specific days (which was not specified on the groupon) and I want able to make my appointment for either Friday, Sat or Sunday. I gave it a couple of weeks and asked the lady very kindly if she could please help me as my groupon was going to expire. She said she would try and give me a call back which never happened. I really should have gone in person to talk to someone but I felt it was too much work to just get an appointment and lost interest. My Groupon expired and I never went. Tried calling again recently since I have more time to make an appointment and at least redeem the value of my groupon ($129) and this time an operator answered and had to "double check" to see if she could make me an appointment? Then she transferred me to another dept and again was put on hold so I have given up on this place. Would never, under any circumstances recommend this office.

Terrible Pembroke Pines location, unorganized, lost my blood work results after calling to say they were ready and a doctor will call me to discuss. Called back 3 weeks later, cant find my results, called again and spoke to Roxana after hours who tried to help find my results and told to call back the next day. Now a month later called customer service and was told they found my results and can have them faxed over. I sent them my fax number and got nothing. Called customer service again and was told a private fax number will not suffice and needed to send them in writing a request to fax to a private fax. I did that, no results. Just called back and was hung up on Sun Jan 1at 10:40PM after being very nice and again asking for my results. To add to all this, my prescriptions couldnt be found for an hour because they were sent in with ...and believe it, First Last AND Birthday month and day wrong. CVS was smart enough to figure it out. I dont like writing bad reviews as I have waited a month before doing so. I want my results faxed to me as requested or I will go to social media with the cell recordings of my calls and copies of emails. L.Harari

I have been a patient for many years, my mother recommended me to this clinic, about 4 or 5 years ago this place had a phenomenal front desk staff as well as doctors. Now the wait times are ridiculous, the front desk girl Edith doesnt know where shes standing just very unhelpful and clueless. Trying to get a copy of medical records took about 2 weeks. I kept getting the run around, in turn I became very frustrated. Their customer service skills have fallen over the course of the last few years and its sad because I use to enjoy coming to this facility but I may have to find a new PCP due to the fact that theyre open late yet their doctors dont stay late. I usually meet with a P.A. I have never been one to write a review on anything on google but because getting a hold of someone other than a voicemail has completely irritated me for the last time I wanted to share my experience with others. I suggest you find another doctors office I know they have many specialties under one roof it sounds appealing but its not worth it if you cant see your doctor, the wait time is long and the front desk staff isnt very useful.
