I have been calling since 9 am today (06/13/12), press the options listed that applied to me and continue to get recorded message that I have reached a non working number, if its a non working number then why is it listed on the menu for us callers, I contacted Jackson Hospital schedule center at 11:00 am, operator Evelyn (who was extremely nice) assisted me with the appt and told me that in order to contact North Dade do not press any options and remain on the line, dis as I was told and all I got was another recorded message telling me that I have exceeded the time permited and got disconnected....How frustrating, ugh!!!!

In the 80s there was a black custodial worker, foreign, that worked there and would lead children to a private examination room in the clinic across the dental area. There two or three male doctors would come and fondle said children and pay them a dollar to keep it secret. I doubt there are still there these days, but dont leave your children unattended, ever.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Jackson North Dade Health Center....the staff alone ( from the front desk to pharmacy).. have been very professional and helpful especially Dr. Frank Crespo and Celia Yero (ARNP)...hats off t a job well done....

This is like been in a third world country hospital, the laboratory was stinky and a lot of people standing in line, horrible seen a 73 year old lady standing in line for 2 hrs... Where is the tax payer money and donations go? I wonder!!!

too long appointment time. doctor even dont sees patient correctly. I got my appointment. the doctor even didnt fulfilled my requirement. if you go then you are going to west your time.
