Absolutely the worst service, extremely slow keep away from this rehab especially if your family member is in need of extreme care. Nothing but a bunch of robots following computer orders. Request something from the nurse or manager it takes over 30 minutes to an hour to get done. Pressing the nurse call button is the same thing, takes them forever to come to the room. Even the patients staying there told me they dont like it and couldnt wait to leave. Only giving credit to the evening front desk receptionist lady very kind and courteous, cant say the same for the morning shift receptionist.

My Mother after breaking her hip was in ManorCare for about 10 days, and the care and service was excellent. Everything from the time she was admited until her discharge was completed. Considering she has unfortunatly broken her other hip and pelvis and was at Tamarac Rehap and they were in comparison a joke. I wont go into the dismal service of the other rehap, however ManorCare is the Rolls Royce of the industry in South Florida. Even the physical facility is spectacular in comparison to most. Thank you ManorCare, job well done!

They should just fire everyone who works at this location and hire professionals or at least people who care about their job. You could be dying and pressing the call button a million times and they still wont come to check on you. Horrible just horrible, would never recommend this place to anyone Will be contacting medical association this is outrageous

Extremely unprofessional and misleading. Was told one thing by the director of nursing and in less than 24 hours told the complete opposite. Would never recommend this place.
