I visited this place last year for the first time, for a massage and facial for my mom and I, it was good. I found a Groupon for it and purchased one and encouraged my mom to do the same. Yesterday I called multiple times and no one answered, I left a voicemail and never got a call back. I called again today and they finally picked up. After getting a time and date scheduled for my mom and I, the woman said I must provide her with my credit card information for the appointment so they can charge me if I am a no show or if I dont cancel within 24 hours. I stated I dont feel comfortable providing my credit card information and that I had a Groupon that was covering the cost (willing to offer the voucher numbers). She continued to state that if I didnt provide that she wouldnt schedule my appointment she stated it was required, I advised that I went last year and that it wasnt required. She stated they changed management and these are the requirements. I re-read the Groupon fine print and this is not listed on the description. I am canceling my Groupon, clearly with the change of management went their customer service. With the amount of fraud in Miami they should know better than to expect a customer to provide this info.

Downhill now. I have been a member here for 3 years and also given gift certificates to several people. Never again. New ownership and its not good. I went in Monday to get a massage after booking 3 months of massages. Was not on the book anywhere. Then I gave my husband a membership and he wasnt down so the girl I had said she was working today andput him on the book today ( Sunday). When he got there no one was there and thrn a guy came to the door and said he was going to do the massage instead. I have been in the personal service industry for 38 years and if the girl cannot make it to work the owner or receptionist needs to get on the phone aand call the clients the morning of or night before and ask them if they would be ok with a gua different person. This is no way to Run a business. I always tip An extra $20. And get extra time but I am switching places. The owner never even apologized. Times have changed

So far Im upset I paid for a groupon months ago and at no time do they ever pick up their phones.I tried leaving a voice mail. However, their inbox is always full. On both lines the one on google and the one they provide on groupon Im tired of trying to call. I have a very hectic schedule so I cant waste my time driving to places across town just to set an appointment!! -1Star So apparently this place is always busy. So busy their phones ring off the hook and their voicemail fills up fast. I was able to walk in and make an appointment. Thankfully the staff was actually quite sympathetic to my situation. They had a spot open for the next day. I cant wait till after my massage. Who knows I might have to edit this post again if its as good as the other reviews say. Im definitely asking for a cell phone number or something in case i want to make a future appointment. -3 Stars just for customer service.

Got a Groupon for a couples massage. I have to say I left very disappointed. My fiancé had a good massage, but mine was more like a super oily body rub. I marked that I would like Hot towels and to include my face and scalp which were all skipped. Never once was I asked about pressure and my back actually hurts more now due to awkward leg pulls. To top it off the Groupon included aromatherapy which was completely skipped. I will not be returning.

Used a groupon here for an hour massage. After arrival, paperwork and undressing it was 25 minutes after the hour. The massage lasted exactly 35 minutes when it was supposed to be a 60 minute massage. Furthermore, I felt like I was receiving a body rub, not a massage. I kept waiting to feel thumbs or elbows on my muscles and instead got forearm spread all over my body. The atmosphere is peaceful but Im overall disappointed.

The energy in this place is so peaceful. Love the rooms , they all have a private garden view. I love the massages , the hot stone massages but also the lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic system is our immune system. A Must for prevention of deseases. Highly recommend it!!!!

Bought from groupon, and the phone does not get answered. After 2 days of calling someone picked up and said they were "booked" for a month but yet when you schedule a regular message they have opening. Its a scam, not worth your time or money.
