Dr. Rosa saved our family. I first noticed something was very unusual about our daughters behavior when she was 11 years old. For two years, we saw several psychologists and a psychiatrist, trying to find out what was wrong, what she had. We even had a very expensive study done in one of the many offices we visited, and the results didnt satisfy us. Those were the two longest years of my life. Finally, when our daughter was 13, Dr. Rosa was recommended to us. Within a few minutes of talking to Dr. Rosa, he diagnosed her correctly. After that, everything started gradually falling into place. Now, 6-7 years later, my daughter has only minor symptoms and has learned to understand her health conditions and how to manage them. She is a confident young lady with career goals, she is happy and productive and a contributing member of society. Dr. Rosa saved our daughter and saved our family. Thank you, Dr. Rosa! Dr. Rosa has a kind, calm and soothing manner that makes our office visits pleasant, too. In addition, I must mention that the receptionist/ office manager, Evelyn, has been very good to us throughout the years. Until recently, we had to drive two hours to get to Dr. Rosas office. It was so hard after work. Evelyn was always very flexible with our appointments. She understands if we have to cancel. If we call at the last minute to make an appoinment, she tries to squeeze us in, when possible. She knows this is a long commute for us. She always offers a kind word and a smile. She is a sweetheart and a very efficient office manager and we appreciate her very much!

The office staff is extremely accommodating to your schedule. Evelyn is very nice and personable. I know that when I call she is always takes care of me. I am very happy with Dr. Rosa. Ive been seeing him for about three years and I find him a very intelligent and reasonable doctor. The only thing negative that I would have to say is the wait time. Sometimes I have waited about an hour or more to get in to see the doctor with my appointment. But in all honesty because they are so accommodating and take walk ins and turn absolutely nobody away the longer wait is understandable. I am overall extremely happy with this practice.

The most unprofessional rudest office Ive ever encounter. I used to see Dr.Rosa for years and when I needed an emergency appt having my insurance active and after making an appt they refused to see me, on top of that their office manager who clearly has no education of business etiquette or customer service yelled at me I was so distraught that I had my daughter call them and they also yelled at her. For this type of practice to have someone yell at you is completely unacceptable. Sadly the Dr is good but his staff and office manager are disgusting and I wouldnt recommend anyone to see them.

Dr Rosa doesnt judge and has faith in people. I went in with a record full of medication Ive tried but never worked. He saved my life, my job and the relationship I have with my family and friends. Thank god for him. If you are sad, going through trauma or even just feel out of sorts, this is the Dr for you. His level of care and commitment is unparalleled. Thanks doc! And to the guy who said the staff was rude, you are an idiot.

The staff was very helpful. I was treated with respect, and even went out of their way to help me out with medications that my insurance would not cover. The blonde receptionist stayed on the line with me and the insurance untill she got my medication got approved. Overall, the doctor was excellent and so was the staff. I highly recommend Dr.Rosa to anyone.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The only positive thing I have to say about Dr. Rosa, is his wife Evelyn who works at the front desk. He has the most atrocious bedside manner I have ever witnessed. He has no sympathy, no compassion, talks down to his patients and makes them feel utterly inferior. I cant remember a time I left his office without crying...

Doctor Rosa staff Is Very Rude and un professional appointment take about 1.5 longer than your appointment... for a mental health provider to be so uncaring to his patiences is unbelievable Evelyn is the office manager and his wife and she is truly cruel to the patience so just unbelievable

Assistant does not understand how insurance works. Refuses to put me through to Doctor. Told me to go to Hospital when I asked to speak to Dr Rosa. She Ignored all requests for Ins Authorization for a drug. Wanted to charge me $80 to fill out... Very unprofessional.

Everyone including the staff are wonderful. Dr. Rosa was a God send for our family. I couldnt say enough great things about Dr. Rosa and his Staff. My son has been a patient for over 5 years. They have never turned us away in an emergency.

I have been seeing Dr ROSA for over 10 years and he is the best Psychiatrist I have ever seen. He will see you if you have an emergency the same day. Sometimes there is a wait but all doctors you have to wait for. HE IS WORTH THE WAIT!

Front desk is VERY RUDE and unorganized, for example, if your appointment time is at 10:00am expect to see the doctor around 11:30am. Dr. Rosa is kind but staff makes it uncomfortable, especially being a mental health facility.
