This was my second visit to the Ft Lauderdale office and first time seeing Allison Sammons, DNP with assistance from Natalie. My first visit with Dr Nicole Conrad was professional, helpful and educational. Likewise, now, with Allison who provided excellent care and information. The Ft. Lauderdale office is modern and comfortable. The most impressive aspect of this practice is the attention to patient customer care. Medical information is presented in a clear and friendly manner. Each step and procedure is fully explained and interaction is encouraged. Im very pleased with the Clearlyderm Ft. Lauderdale office and the medical staff that are providing next level dermatological care to patients. They deserve the highest ratings, I can attest to that.

Dr.Conrad was great; smart, sharp, helpful, etc. However, I must also acknowledge the support staff there as well. They are seriously fabulous! From the minute I walked in, until the minute I left everyone was so nice that I almost felt like I was in the twilight zone (in a good way). Today I had a question/issue with a prescription, and whomever answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful (she even helped me get a coupon to make the script cheaper) that I am now even more impressed than I was! So if you are looking for knowledgeable docs with great support staff who truly make you feel like you are being taken care of, then you need to try Clearlyderm!

The front desk is HORRIBLE. The first time I went, they had made it wrong, or didnt tell the esthetician to stay and when I got there, the estethician had already left. The girl at the front desk seemed like she couldnt be bothered and showed NO care in the world. She actually just had one of her co workers tell me. The second time I wen,t they couldnt find me in the system, no warm greeting, didnt look me in the eyes, nothing. The actual estheticians and doctors are fine but the front desk girl is SO rude, it will deter me from going back even though i have one more facial left in my package.

This office was very pleasant to experience from start to finish! What I appreciated the most was that when I called, I spoke with some one right away who was very pleasant, helpful and quick to schedule my appointment. Also appointments were available right away and I didnt have to wait weeks to get in. I didnt have to wait long once I arrived for my appointment and the staff was very friendly. Allison, the NP, was who I saw and she was very friendly, didnt rush me and took the time to listen. I really enjoyed the whole office and would highly recommend them!

I came in to see Doc. Weatherall for my rosacea and other skin problems I was having for almost a year before coming to see her and she recommended the right treatments for my various skin problems. Doc. Weatherall is very nice and knowledgeable and makes you feel that your skin problems are not as bad as you may think and do have a solution. You just need to follow her prescriptions to the "T" and results will come! Their whole staff is really nice and helpful. I give her and her team a 5 star review!!

I was nervous to switch dermatologists, but when I finally did, I chose Clearly Dermatology and couldnt be happier about the decision. Visiting my last doctor always meant sitting in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes, but thats not the case here. Dr. Conrad is always on time and is very thorough. The staff is also especially friendly and helpful (especially Natalie) - they do an excellent job at making the office run efficiently. Glad I switched to this office.

I am now 23 years old and have been in and out of dermatologist offices since the age of 16, by far the office staff at this location has truly given me THE BEST experience. The staff, specifically Natalie along with DNP Allison have really catered to my issues and even helped me with finding alternatives when my insurance didnt cover a certain medication. In all, I am very happy and will continue to use them as my main dermatology office! :)

I have recently started seeing Dr. Weatherall the past few months for skin checks and minor procedures. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I feel completely taken care of whenever I come here. Her assistant Natalie really puts you at ease, as well. Dr. Elizabeth Meador, has also been amazing with other treatments! You cant go wrong with going to Clearly Derm!

I cant thank them enough. After what I felt was a misdiagnosis for my son, I came here frantic and right before closing. They were going to get us in at the last minute but instead their entire staff stayed to help us figure it out . The right diagnosis and we were on our way with solution in hand. We are patients for life now !

Not a good experience. I was told my treatment would cost one amount and then received a bill for another. When I called to resolve the issue I was hung up on twice and then send to voicemail. They have the worst customer service. This was my first and last experience with them and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
