They started by giving me one shot to numb me and I went threw a huge elaborate process of getting up and walking around with the worst jaw pain ever they finally started after a hour so half way threw my post and cap pain started to kick back in. All of the scraping and drilling they did and I felt all of it I felt like I was in a saw film the only person with good customer service was the assistant every one else was extremely rude to me and down talked me like I was a child my usual dentist doctor colon needs to come back before I even spit towards the dentist again she was so good to me last time I went there and for what I experienced today she made that place a good dentist

I was very disappointed in the care for my work done. I had to have a cleaning and one crown. The cleaning went OK but I ask before I got any work done if she would do it without shots and she assured me that she would but when I had the crown done she insisted that I get a shot and she would not do the work. I consented to one shot and when I got that she said I had to have more and I refused and she would not go ahead with the work and I was in tears and very upset and told her she had lied to me because I did not want the shots. I had gotten a root canal done on that same tooth without shots and could have had the crown put on without shots. I had a very bad experience.

doctor and staff thoughtful and caring, everything explained and made to feel at ease throughout entire procedure. doctor and assistant both displayed mannerism which prevented any feelings of anxiety . also the rooms were very clean and organized. I had two teeth extracted and never felt any discomfort or fear. sincere thanks to all for making this my best experience at the dentist. the dentist was amazing, office so well organized, I will continue to make this the place for all my dental needs in the future, thanks again to all of you. Carla ,xaimara,Nicole, dr. Colon and the staff at the dental office. Everyone there was understanding,kind and compassionate to my situation. Their expertise was very appreciated. I had major work done in my mouth due to up and coming heart surgery. They were able to do the work all in 4hrs. I felt very comfortable trusting them.I had deep root cleanings,3crowns,and two fillings done.Dr. Colon is amazing all that work and she kept asking me if I was okay with a smile. I thank them all and will refer the business to all my friends thank you all for everything.

I should start by saying I really suck at dental hygiene. No real excuse, other than a significant dental trauma as a child. I went to Advanced Dental Care to get an infected tooth pulled, and I was amazed at the degree of kindness expressed by everyone in there. Absolutely no judgement. Just calm, professional treatment, with a large dose of empathy. Dr. Colon was awesome, and worked the procedure with only a minimum of discomfort. I will most certainly choose these folks, when the needs returns. Kudos!

I recently had the worst dentist visit here. I tried to explain to the dentist that I was experiencing severe pain after my filling. He started saying nothing was wrong, when I disagreed with him he started yelling saying I wasnt listening to him and he was done talking to me. The whole thing was surreal. I had to go to another dentist to fix what was fine before my visit to Advanced Dental Care. I am not sure what is advanced about this office but it definitely isnt the way they treat their patients.

Where do I start! The staff is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. I have had really bad dental experiences in the past so I was very skeptical about coming here, but from the very first encounter they have been professional, empathetic, prompt and efficient! Dr. Colon and her staff truly display excellent care and customer service. Stephanie the office manager is outstanding. Definitely will be recommending this office to my family and friends.

Worst customer service ever from their receptionist. We just paid a $40.00 missed appointment fee for an appointment we never knew we had. And, that was after they moved and we never knew where they went. The young female receptionist just kept calling me by my last name. Im a permanently disabled combat veteran, I have earned the right to be called at the very least "Mr". I have now canceled the appointments for my entire family, and will tell everyone I know how bad their customer service is.

I tried the other corporate dentist office and was very dissatisfied.between waiting an hour in the office for a cleaning and xrays every time I went there. When I went to Advanced Dental they were from the start very professional and courteous and every appointment was on time. I told them my past experience with the other dentist office and after her amazement, she promised with a smile that they wouldnt take xrays every time I came in. I would recommend Advanced Dentistry to everyone!

I switched Dentist reluctantly, but Im very pleased that I did. All of the staff have made my transition a smooth process and continue to keep my "Grill" in the best condition they can despite my sweet tooth! Thank you for excellent service and a great positive staff. I will stop eating "Oreos" prior to my appointment, they have proven themselves worthy!

I like the dentist, Hygienist and staff...Great friendly service! They are knowledgable and answer all questions without rushing you. I feel comfortable coming here for my dental work. I was pretty embarrassed about the condition of my teeth in the beginning but they put me at ease and now I do not worry... which is huge to me! Thank you

Everyone in the office were extremely nice and helpful. I go there every 3 months to have my teeth cleaned. They treat me with the utmost respect. I have never had to wait to have my teeth cleaned or see the doctor. I would definitely recommend Advanced Dental Care to my family and friends!!!

The experience I had at Advanced was a Very Nice Experience. I enjoyed the Dentist explaining everything to me and really examining my mouth. The X-ray Tech was very nice even though my gums were sore, she really tried to help me and Im thankful.
