My wife and I made an appointment to talk about coolsculpting and mole removal for half a dozen moles. I got a quote for the moles and info on coolsculpting with an additional recommendation of a CO2 laser thing. This was the beginning and end of the good interaction with Centennial Dermatology. When I went back for the mole removal they charged me for the office visit up front and then when I got in with the doctor they told me that they price they quoted was per mole, not for all of them and when I pointed out that wasnt what I was told they apologized for the miscommunication and told me the person responsible for the consult and miscommunication had, in fact, already been let go...but didnt give me my money back for the visit. A week later we went back for the CO2 laser thing and while the procedure went well they gave next to no post procedure instructions (I had to find out what to do on the Internet) and when we had questions from Clint before the procedure and about further procedures he was generally rude and abrupt about the whole thing. The attitude was best described as "Look, you got me for 2 minutes, no more, no less, I dont have time to tell you what to expect or how else I can help you, I have facebooking to get to." Thats not a direct quote just my impression of his attitude. On top of everything else I just left the whole experience fuming and ticked off for no good reason. They had two easy opportunities to not be total crap and they didnt use them. It would have been simple for me to give a glowing review had they said "Were sorry for the miscommunication, that person has been fired and heres your money back for today" Followed by the next appointment where my questions would have been answered as if we werent just completely wasting their time with our little procedure. I have no complaints about the actual work which was done. The CO2 laser procedure was as advertised and worked very well but Las Vegas has approximately a million dermatology places in the area so why would I recommend one that treats customers like this?

Do not go here under any circumstances!!! Bait and switch and unethical billing practices. I called and set up an appointment for my husband last summer to have some moles looked at and removed. I asked multiple times and was reassured that he could have up to 10 moles removed in one appointment and that the cost would be the same whether it was 1 or 10. *The doctor didnt even see him, the procedure was done by a physicians assistant. Fast forward a few weeks later and were bombarded with bills! The first bill was for the removal of the moles and to our surprise, he was charged individually for each mole removal! Had we known this, we would have left some that were cosmetic removal only. Then a few weeks later we get another bill for $1000! WTF? Firstly, it wasnt even through out network despite the fact that our doctor was in network. It turns out, instead of using one of the local labs thats covered, they sent it out of state to a lab thats under the Doctors name and charged us full price... bait and switch and super unethical IMO. Weve been making calls every single week doing everything we could to dispute the bills with the office as well as the insurance and have made minimal progress because the doctors office refuses to admit any fault. Researching the codes, these tests are usually negotiated down to $40 each, yet were being charged $200 per test! Find another doctor or record every conversation you have with the doctor and tell them exactly what in-network lab you want the tests sent to.

Love Love Love this place. I had developed a cyst on the left side of face by my hair line. I could cover it up with my hair however it bothered me so much that I begin to seek out Dermatologist. I was 1st referred to another Dermatologist that was off Tenaya. They diagnosed it as a cyst but begin to give me cortisone shots which did nothing and they charged me and my insurance every time I went in to get the shot because instead of the cyst going down it begin to grown Larger. I read a few reviews about this Dermatologist and said why not. The staff was Awesome! The Dr. was amazing as well. He came in examined my large growth and told me it was a cyst and did I want it remove Today! Yes Sir! He sent in his staff to prep me then he came in and removed it! I had to have stitches to close the opening but when I came back for follow up it had healed beautifully. I didnt get nickel and dimed liked the other place on Tenaya and I cyst free today! If you are reading like I was to get feedback this is a great place to go. You wont be disappointed!

I made an appt. for my two children and myself. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were scheduled for the following day. We were there at the correct time, but a day early. Despite that issue they were able to work us in and get us taken care of. The doctor was extremely kind but seemed like he was fresh out of medical school and. My daughter had a wart frozen off her thumb. To have the doctor look at her for 2 seconds and then freeze the wart for 30 seconds cost us $360. After receiving the bill from them, I called and they told me I should have paid cash and it would have only been maybe $110. Well thats extremely nice to inform me after the fact. I get to make payments on this bill or else they have informed me that it will go to collections in 90 days and it will then affect my credit. This group is based in CA and they appear to be extremely money hungry, $360 for 2.5 minutes and to freeze a wart is just absurd. I would avoid these people and would absolutely not recommend them.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Waited 15 min to make an appointment. Then the day of the appointment the front desk receptionist was rude and had given me misleading information regarding the form of payment I could use when I asked her ahead of time while making the appointment.I would have had to cancel the appointment if I my boyfriend didnt help me pay. On another visit I asked if they can separate my prescription so I can pay for one at a time because the pharmacy would not let me pay for each one because they were all on the same paper. The were very helpful (not) . Told me the pharmacy will take it I just need to cut them apart. They even offered to cut them for me(being sarcastic). That was it for me. Found another dermatologist who is way more customer friendly. The staff is AWESOME! And the prices are more affordable. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy.

If I could give 0 stars, i would! I called and said i have hmo insurance, and i am from reno. I asked if they take it and if they have any availability. They said yes and they made me an appointment! When i arrived at the clinic, after i drove 7 hours, and I finished all the paperwork signed they told me that they can not take my insurance and that it was a simple mistake!!!! A simple mistake after I drove 7 hours from reno to vegas, and needed to drive 7 more hours back!!!! Its just crazy!!! That is important, especially knowing that someone drove 14 hours total, spend time and money to go there, and they tell me they cant take my insurance and made me pay double of what my insurance was going to cost me!!!
