First off, Dr. Broska is a fine doctor and I have no complaints about her at all; however, Ive been a patient for years but have decided to take my familys business elsewhere. Every time we need something from the front office--prescriptions refilled, forms signed, etc.--we NEVER can get it done in a timely manner; in fact, most of the time it never gets done unless we call repeatedly to ask over a week or two. The latest problem was getting a form signed for my daughters summer camp. After a week of trying, we just gave up. All that was required was a simple signature verifying the prescription! I finally got a call back today--the week AFTER my daughter returned from summer camp--informing me that they only received the cover sheet. This is after the office manager told me she would call me right after I faxed it if there was a problem, and I faxed it TWICE. She never called me back until today, which is HORRIBLE service. I expect MUCH better for the money I spend.

TERRIBLE OUTCOME FROM DR. BROSKA AND HER TEAM. CANCER FORMED ON MY WIFES LEG WHILE THEY JUST KEPT FREEZING IT. I INSISTED ON BIOPSY AND CANCER WAS FOUND. QUARTER SIZE HOLE IN LEG RESULTED GOING TO WOUND CENTER AND 3 MONTHS IN A "BOOT". ALSO VERY LONG WAIT TO SEE SOMEONE. OVERBOOK BY FRONT DESK. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
