I first want to say this place is amazing!!! I wish there was more stars to give, the staff here is very friendly and listens to their customers concern`s. On top of that the they make an already awkward skin disorder not so awkward to talk about and deal with. The Doctors here are very professional and are super friendly. Last thing I can say is they were very very very cost conscience when it came to my prescription. I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a skin disorder. I have been to Primary Health for the same skin disorder (psoriasis) and was treated as though I was a inconvenience to Dr. M. Bender, also I never received a call back from the Doctor to get a refill for my medication that Dr.Bender prescribed. DCI is the dermatology office and professionals for me and they are going to be my dermatologist for my Family and for my life! Thank you Michael at DCI you have changed my life for the better! I will see you soon.

Doctor misdiagnosed the condition and was irritated that I made an appointment right away because it was getting worse. The first appointment he didnt even look at my condition he just ASSUMED from my description, im not a doctor...So after spending 45$ on a medication I dont need and actually made it worse, he made me buy 30 GRAMS of a product I was only supposed to use for a maximum of 2 weeks on the lips. only used about a gram in 3 days and now its better. 90$ on a gram of ointment is excessive and even the pharmacist was concerned of the amount I was being forced to pay and asked if my doctor had WARNED ME ABOUT THE PRICE. They just want you to spend money and wont even run tests unless you ask. He had the audacity to even tell me that he didnt know what I had. Do your job.

Very disappointed with this clinic. The dermatologist hurried through my appointment, hardly analyzing my skin or talking to me about it. She was quick to write me a prescription for some cream but did not seem to care about preventative measures, like asking me about my diet or telling me about what could be causing the inflammation. She spent a total of 7 minutes with me. I got the sense that this place is just trying to cycle through as many patients as possible.

You want to go here I promise. I am not originally from Boise and my wife and I recently moved here for work. I tried two other dermatologists prior to going to Mariya R Ostermiller. She literally walked into the room and instantly had my area around elbow diagnosed. Moving into a new town is hard enough and finding good people for these types of services is even harder. I promise you will not be disappointed!

They did not care about me or my skin. They hurried through the appointment without giving me preventative care instructions, or even instructions for the cream the gave me for my face. Made my skin worse and I had to come back in. Still the same. Hurried through that appointment and didnt give me anything to help with the redness, itchy, and dry skin from the products they told me to get. Terrible experience.

Amazing service very clean and professional. I read some reviews that were upset at the pace of the visit, I absolutely love having my appointment start immediately there is no waiting in the lobby everybody there knows their position so theres not a ton of waiting around which I really liked. Dr. Alec and his assistant Walter were great. Would definitely recommend waiting for an appointment for these guys!

I was referred to this dermatologist by my PCP. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. There were no delays or problems during my visit. The Dr. I saw was James Stewart. He was professional, friendly, and informative. I plan to visit this clinic again as the need arises. I believe there are three locations for this clinic.

Was not impressed with mole Dr. Stewart removed from back. Left giant scar about 5 times the size of the original mole. He used very few stitches which were very strained and left additional scars around the perimiter. He is also a bit short on personality, definately recommend going somewhere else.

As a new patient, the staff worked hard to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Brooks was very professional and efficient. She answered all of my questions and provided the care that I needed. Overall, the whole experience was great. No drama and no complications.
