there billing staff is unprofessional specifically a white skinny girl she was rude and didnt even want to try and bill my ins. before i had gone to the office i called my ins. to very my copay. it was zero since met my deductible but all they did was base it on what they had on the computer. i told them they call & clarify but the white girl just got upset turn away rudely and said," that fine whatever, just send her the bill" & when i saw dr. benes she could even tell me what i had until they told me to come back. she could just tell me i had eczema... really doc. u had to go to school (im pretty sure alot of ppl have eczema shes seen one before if not a million) i spent more time talking to the nurse about my pregnancy then speakin with the doctor.... ( OVER ALL THIS OFFICE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND, IF U LIKE RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE)

What a joke. First they called and rescheduled my appointment the day before because the Dr. was behind. When I went in, they wanted me to come back for a simple procedure because the Dr. was behind and didnt have time to do it. This is after they rescheduled and I took another several hours off of work to make this appointment. Waste of time. Receptionist is rude too.

Ive been here a few times to see Steven Hawks and he removed a cancerous lesion on my leg. Ive always been treated very nice, and I havent had to wait long at all. I felt he was very knowledgeable and confident in the way he treated my lesion. The staff was friendly, also.

Ive had several visits here now to have moles removed. So far, all my appointments have been perfect with little wait time in the lobby or the exam rooms. Dr. Bryan is the dermatologist I see, and hes always been professional and also willing to listen to my concerns.

Once you get past the front its fine, but I had to talk to the doctor just to be told they couldnt help me and referred me to someone else. I even asked the lady at the front desk who couldve told me they didnt do it there.

Poor level of care. Had a doctor prescribe conflicting medication, that caused an emergency and serious reaction to his prescribed doses.
