would be nice if I could get someone to answer the phone, or return messages left regarding forwarding a medical record. I have made several attempts to get my childs shot records forwarded to another clinic out of the state in order for him to be able to start day care. He cant start until these records are forwarded and no one answers calls or returns messages. Since I am approx 2000 miles away, I cant just drive there. Please deal with your faxes and Id be happy to change my rating. Now on to the doctor and staff. Dr Novak knows what he is doing, he is very qualified, great with my child and undeniably a great doctor, he uses very small needles for my son and he did not even wince with his vaccinations. His staff is also very kind, patient, understanding- truly wonderful there and the wait time was always short whether appt or Urgent care visit. HOWEVER Dr. Novak is unacceptably mean to his staff, and I have witnessed him call his employees names behind their backs, to their faces etc. If you have Molina, definitely give Novak a shot, he is probably the best you will find in the area with limited choices for providers with this insurance- dont let his rudeness scare you away, this doctor is very qualified and he treats his patients with great care.

That was the absolute worst experience I have ever had.. office staff never on the same page. Asked for blood work and the Mr. Novak (He doesnt deserve the title DR) gave his office staff a paper listing about 100 different options of blood work and they began to ask ME, the PATIENT, what blood work I needed.. When I told them thats a DOCTORS call, not mine, they ran back to the BREAK ROOM that he was BSing in and asked him to fill out the sheet. They began to write down cash prices per each blood test, but warned me that these prices EXPIRED IN 2013... ITS 2017!!! The kicker is that I told them multiple times that I have insurance so I wasnt paying cash.. but I guess they didnt understand that.. If you care about your health, and wellbeing, dont go to this place. This so called DOCTORS office is a joke, they live off of stealing peoples co-pay and insurance. Once they have your money, your dead to them.

This office sucks! My first visit the doctor was soo rude to me, like if you dont like your career you change change it at any moment. But do not sit there with a sour face or rude attitude when your with a patient. Anyhow, My daughters appointment was a 9:00 am: their office opens at 8:30. First, they dont call anyone back until 9:20. Second, they tell us that the doctor will not see anyone from 10-10:30. But yet in between 8:30 - 9:20 you just see nurses and the doctor walking around in the back office. What kind of office is this. If your hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm that means you are ready to pull back that first patient at 8:30 not almost an hour later. I will definitely try my best to change my daughters doctor.

Great Doctor & Nurse (Martha) there. My Familys needs are Always met and taken care of. The waiting can be alil long at times, but its understandable. The place gets so packed with clients that these people would rather wait then go somewhere else. For all you folks out there that complain about the wait, remember it is a Urgent Care first then a Family Doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Novak to others..

I just had Lipo with butt fat transfer 3 weeks ago and I LOOOOVE IT! Ifinally have a butt. The staff is super nice and they took such good care of me. I like it because everything was included in my price and they did all the lab work there. I recommend Dr. Novak 100%. Do not go to mexico, they have great price!

Doctor was amazing! Went in for a pre-employment physical, without an appointment, was in and out in less that an hour! I cant do that at my regular physician!!! Staff was courteous and efficient, I cant recommend Novak Urgent Care enough :)
