I did not have a good experience with this physician or his staff. I am a physician myself and brought my father in there to be evaluated for possible memory loss. The nurse who initially got the history from my father and did a short memory exam (MMSE), was very unfriendly and had very little personality. He only missed 1 out of 30 which is considered normal by most. When we actually saw the physician, after only a couple minutes in the room and doing a very limited exam, he said that my father probably had early Alzheimers disease and wanted to start him on a medication for his memory. I repeat, this was the first time we ever saw this physician and had not had any other testing or radiology imaging done at this point. That was completely uncalled for and not the standard in this profession at all. Because of my objection and request for additional testing, he referred us for more extensive questioning to determine the extent, if any, of my fathers cognitive loss. However, his office was completely unhelpful with this and continually dropped the ball. It has been almost 3 months and we still have not seen someone for this additional questioning and testing. Because I am a physician, this neurologist was nice enough to give me his card with his cell phone number. Because of all the problems in the office, I called him after about a month of this nonsense and told him how unhelpful his office was and how my father has still been unable to complete the testing. He assured me he would personally follow up and get to the bottom of the problem. That was over a month ago and I still have not heard anything.

I would give a 0 if I could. This guy is a total joke. My wife was a patient of his until today. She has a sezuire disorder and has a (VNS)vega nerve stemaltore which is a medical device to take her out of the sezuire. He has been seeing my wife for about 6 months well the last few days she had too many and been in/out of the hospital. She had an appointment today wouldnt you know she had 1 in front him. That should be a thing one would think. WRONG instead he freaks out and stood there with his thumb in his mouth and she goes back to the hospital instead of him doing his job. If he cant handle a sezuire patient then he in the wrong field especially when he spousebly a neurologist. Did he get his degree and linsence from a craker jack box?

I saw Dr. Milford and was very happy with his office, staff and recommendations for testing. The office staff was very nice, the testing was done by friendly and efficient persons who explained what they were doing and made me feel comfortable. On my initial visit Dr. Milford listened to my words and moved forward in an efficient manner to refer me for testing, ie: x-rays and testing in his office regarding my symptoms. I am looking forward to my follow up visit which is scheduled in the near future, unlike some offices I have been to. Two weeks, not two months! I would refer any of my friends to Dr. Milford at this point in time.

This doctor is a complete and utter joke his office staff are flaky, and they never return your phone calls. Liz, Maria, and demarrus are the usual suspects for providing the worst customer service. Dr. Milford and his assistant are there to just collect a co pay the doctor shows no emotional attachment to his patients. If I could I would give this doctor 0 out of 5 just because of his unprofessional nature as a so called doctor. The medical board should have never given him his license as he is disrespectful, and inconsiderate.

Ive been consulting this doctor in 2013-2014. Its pure business rather than doctor visit. Long waits there & when asked for a reason rude behaviour. Diagnosis also not good.
