Very well run office. waiting time for appointment is very minimal. Very nice office and receptionists. Dr bitters is awesome. outpatient lab receptionist and lab people very professional and nice. April from outpatient lab and xray is especially nice and very professional. April is a patient advocate. Really cares for every patient. Had problem with one nurse from caldwell clinic, but it is now resolved. Thanks so much for the help resolving this issue. Just to clarify stephanie dr bitters nurse is very efficient kind and professional. Thats not person I had problem with.Staff took care of problem and it is better now. Thanks.

Best doctor appointment experience everytime I go! Easy, fast appointments, valet at the door, information people to guide me in the correct direction, friendly check in staff, minimal (5 minutes or less) wait times, friendly nursing staff and the best doctors in the Treasure Valley. I am a lifetime patient for this practice! Cant say enough about the doctors, they listen to me very carefully and help remedy whatever ails me.

best medical place ever.Amber Hackenberg (PA-C) is AMAZING.They are so fast and so is the wait time if there is even any.i really needed to be seen and i was able to be seen by Amber right at that moment.When i need an appointment,i can always get seen with in the week or even that day. cannot say how great she is enough.And Judy the receptionist is also great.

The medical staff is SO caring. They actually take the time with you, showing their interest and concern. In over 50 years, Ive not experienced a more knowledgeable health care team, truly devoted to their patients. I cant say enough positive things about my primary health care provider, Rachel Nutting. Her nurses are also the best!

Not happy extremely frustrated They have given me the run around for over a year and still I can not get in to see the primary care physician. The nurses and assistants send me to so called specialists which wan to again refer me to some other "specialist. I will be going to St Lukes from now on.

I am always treated so kindly by staff and doctors alike at this clinic.They are knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to listen to what might be bothering me as far as my health concerns. Plus....I love the guys who handle the courtesy car parking and get wheelchairs for clients! They are terrific!

Dr. Bitters is great, but her support staff, including the admin assistants, are awful. Theyre always losing paperwork, getting appointment and patient information mixed up, and basically making it very difficult to be calm and rational.
