Do NOT go to this clinic. The staff gave me the wrong directions and being new to the area I got lost. I tried to get directions on my phone but could not get reception. I called the clinic again and again they gave me the wrong directions. When I finally arrived they said they could not see me because I was more then 15 minutes late. I plead my case but they still refused. I asked if they could see me as a walk in since they have a sign on the door stating that walk ins were welcome and they refused to see me for a third time. This place is a 'patient mill' so it was very frustrating. Iprevious to the appointment I had my old doctor fax my records. I decided I would never come back to this clinic so I requested those records be given to me. They refused to give them to me because they said only the doctor they came from could request their release to me. So I am sitting in the waiting room waiting for my doctor to call me back so I can ask him to call here and ask them to release my records to me. Also, I asked to speak to a manager but both of them are out. So frustrating!!!! Do not go to this clinic because their logistical competency is unbelievably horrid!!!!!!

Once again and for the last time, the receptionist/ front desk staff provided wrong information regarding appointments and insurance needs. Poor attitudes toward helping understand why it is necessary to see the family doctor when a routine eye exam with a specialist (Optometrist) is required. The Primary Care Manager does NOT need to see the patient. Rather than contacting Tricare to clarify or confirm, the inexperienced staff member booked and insisted a physical appointment had to be made for the referrals. WRONG answer and lack of quality service.

I had a terrible experience calling this office today. Nan answered the phone and was extremely argumentative for no apparent reason. I was very calm and expressed my concern to her. In my opinion she should not be answering phone calls for this practice. Compassion and caring went out the window in this case. I am a long standing patient and do not appreciate this kind of treatment. I would rate this post a no star but one must click on a star to post.

Dr. Borbor is great. Hes very thorough and doesnt rush. I switched over to him b/c I felt my other doc was not listening to my concerns. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and Ive been coming to the PD office for over 5 years now... never had any issues. The only thing that is slightly annoying is that they dont do certain vaccines at this office, they send you to another office to get them.

This office is always so efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait time is nonexistent which i greatly appreciate. I changed PCPs a few months ago, and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Will takes his time and listens to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable.

The doctors here are wonderful and attentive. The staff is friendly and always do their best to get me in as soon as possible. I finally feel like I have a doctor that cares and is on my team for health!

Answering service was not helpful. Answering service told me urgent care closed at 6...u rushed to bring my Mom and found out they close at 8.
