Very thorough . I have been fighting pain in my left arm for two years and was misdiagnosed a year ago with carpal tunnel by another physician . I now have a proper diagnosis and a game plan in place to get me back in shape. When my medication didnt go through to the pharmacy I called them , I was called back and thanked by the staff for informing them of the problem so they could fix any technical issues they may be having. Staff is friendly and stay on top of things. I feel that they actually care about my well being. The only thing I would change are the seats in the waiting room.

My visits at Dr. McNultys office have been positive. I found him to be a good listener and he progressed with the appropriate testing for my symptoms in an efficient time frame. The office staff did their job with a smile on their face making me feel more comfortable Im sure. Technicians who did testing explained what they were doing and also made me feel calm during testing. I am looking forward to the follow up appointment which was scheduled two weeks from my last test. I am very happy with Dr. McNultys office.

I would NEVER go there again ,it is worst service I have ever received..I waited 2 months for them to get things over to a cardiologist and they still didnt get it right ..I have called over and over again and tried to get tings done after 2 months my referral was cancelled and NOW I have to go to my own doctor for her to get a referral,,I have a hole in my heart and it has to be fixed,,, I wish our insurance who let us go else where

I have been to this facility many times between 2016 and now 2017 and the service is the same. I was able to get right in for an appointment and for that I am grateful. Dr. Milford is a professional, competent and knowledge doctor. He took the time to ask questions to get to know more about my symptoms and issues so he can get to the bottom of what is wrong. I would highly recommend Dr. Milford. Just be prepared to wait for 1-2 hours as he spends quality time with each patient.

Happy with my PA -Josh, He listens attentively to me and my concerns. I did experience difficulty ,on three separate occasions, in reaching Josh to clarify medications and treatment. For me, that was a problem. The staff, is overall, pleasant and helpful while I am in the office.
