Awful customer service, poor communication quality. On weekends you cant call Center for Sight and even leave a voicemail. So if there is an emergency and you need to cancel your appointment you cant on the weekends or after 5pm. Also if you change your appointment you have to wait an extra 2 months before you get scheduled again. I got appointed one week after Center for Sight called to make my appointment. I had forgotten I had work that day because Center for Sight called me during work and I was rushing. So i had to call them on Monday (no voicemail option on their line) and reschedule my appointment. So they made me reschedule my appointment grrater than 2 months later from the 1 week i was originally scheduled. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers Center for Sight otherwise I would never go to this horrid place. Now they call me today to leave a message saying the doctor is having an emergency leave and my appointment got rescheduled again for September...great so I wait half a year just to see a doctor that doesnt even know if they can perform the surgery? What a waste of peoples time, money, and effort. Go to another place that is of better quality than these posers.

Go elsewhere! After being referred here by my insurance company, I had a procedure on my eyelid to pull down the lid, as I have trichiasis in both of my eyes. (My lashes grow into my eyes, scratching the cornea). Following the procedure, I have been in several times for electrolysis to permanently remove the lashes from both eyes as they grow in. The first two appointments were within a month of each other, and quite timely. As the year has gone on, they have stretched farther and farther apart, to the point that I have difficulty at home and work, since it is difficult to read with both eyes constantly feeling that theyre filled with sand. Now, my doctor is on medical leave(very understandable, life happens), but the staff has never called to advise me of this, or that the appointments have been moved. I called a week ago to check in, (8/20/15) and never received a call back. I called back today, (8/25/15) and was finally notified that my doctor was out, with no ETA for appointments. The doctor that I was referred to is a month out for new appointments. Very poor communication and service from a practice that Ive used for over a year.

Center for Sight has the best customer service!! I saw Dr.Liang for a consultation and then elected to have the new iLASIK done!! I have always been nervous about my eyes, however the doctor AND staff are very thorough and made the whole process a piece of cake. After my initial consultation I wasnt nearly as nervous. Heather the Refractive coordinator was always so quick to answer my questions relating to the surgery before and after I had the LASIK done. Even when I arrived to have my iLASIK done the staff was nothing but caring and cautious. Everything was so clean and it was definitely an environment that went above and beyond for patients comfort. The first day after surgery I was able to see better than the 20/20 line! Amazing! I have never been able to see that even WITH glasses. Dr.Liang deserves all the wonderful awards she gets and I recommend this practice to everyone! I am genuinely amazed with the service and vision this practice gives me. Finally. here is a doctors office that genuinely strives off patient care and accuracy.

It has been one Month since my LASIK was performed by Dr. Liang. I must admit I was very scared at first to go through with this exciting procedure. I will start by saying the moment I walked into the surgical office I was greeted with comfort and professionalism. Once the surgery began it felt as though it was over as soon as it started, needless to say it was quick and with minimal discomfort. The day after I was seeing 20/20 over all and keep in mind this is from a girl who could hardly make out the big E. Like I mentioned before, it has now been a month and I can still see beautifully. I realized how lucky I was when my friends asked me to kayak with them and I suddenly realized I would not be dependent on anyone or anything to get around. It has given me a more confident sense of freedom. Thank you Dr. Liang for giving me freedom! I hope many embarq on this wonderful journey you offer.

They called me a month before my appointment to change because there was a cancellation. I declined and they reassured me they would give me a reminder call. I never recieved the call and realized i had an appointment. I called to see if i could show up 20 minutes late cause my kids didnt have a ride from school and they said "absolutely not." Pulled my daughter from school early since mom got called into work. I showed up 13 minutes late and tbey made sure I was aware of that. The lady at the front checking me in was rude inconsiderate and didnt care what i had to do to make my appointment. Once i got in tbe back everyone was kind and made my visit a little better. The actual doctor was very stern and shirt tempered. I spent less than 5 mimutes with him. I probably wouldnt ever go back and definitely wouldnt recommend this location.

My surgery was done on 10/13/2014 at CENTER FOR SIGHT hospital surgeon eye cataract surgery by Dr Eva I. Liang, There were two ways in surgery: 1. I do not need to pay by myself, so I can see near or far can by sight, and I need to wear glasses in the future after the surgery. 2.  The 2nd option, it requires my own payments of $ 3,400, I can see far away and can be seen near, I do not need to wear glasses. to see the computer in the future after the surgery. I did payments of $3400. But, right now I have to glasses. Night see light a lot of rays. This table is a comparison of before and after surgery. Type Sphere Cylinder Add Glasses OD before surgery + 0.50 - 0.25 + 2.25 0 OD after surgery + 1.25 - 0.50 + 2.50 Have to glasses

I already posted my review on Yelp, but to summarize I live in San Diego area and was here for work. My glasses broke and I needed some help on the fly. Went into the office without an appointment, and the ladies who greeted me were super nice about it. My glasses were even deep cleaned and they gave me a cleaning cloth to boot! Such a nice place - like literally the decor was really swanky. Friendly staff, great price, and will for sure recommend this place to my Vegas friends!

No one there knows what anyone else is doing. So last time there I was asked every medical question along with my medical history, over and over again by all four staff members that passed me around. Taking almost four hours and still not one of them answered ANY of my questions. Plus now that Ive seen Dr.Hart, Im only allowed to see him anymore even though I beg to please let me see ANY OTHER doctor thats there!

Sat for three hours for testing that was not worth my time. The dr came in and told me I was fine. After I made him look at testing I brought in he said oh yes you need specialist. No poo buddy thats why Im here. So out of $ and my time and now I sit two months to be seen by the correct Doctor. I already waited two months to see the first idiot. If my insurance would allow me to go else where I would!!!
