First, a brief history: Im a registered nurse turned office worker who for a couple of years was living with nagging worsening pain and reduced range of motion in the neck, shoulders. Next, the arms, wrists and hands joined the pain party, with another uninvited guest, numbness, and they would just carry on all day and night. Much money was spent trying to end this party; ergonomic office chair and sit-stand monitor equipment, special pillows and mattress topper, massages, wrist brace, muscle stimulator, finally, medical doctors and anti-inflammatory medication. None of these things provided more than temporary and limited relief, and most proved not to help at all. Chiropractic care was not on my radar, but I happened across what turned out to be a referring chiropractic office at a business expo. That chiropractic office is too far from my home so they recommended Premier Chiropractic. Desperately, trying to avoid surgery and/or opioids, for me the next step had to be physical therapy or chiropractic care. I decided to begin with the latter, as guided by my "registered nurse" brain. So heres this office of energetic young people and Im thinking... seriously, what could they really know that will help me? Turns out, everything! From the first adjustment by Dr. Ericka Montelione, I gained more than hope about recovering my health, I had certainty. She and Dr. Michael Montelione are magnificent. The entire team, including Hannah, Austin and Wendy, know your name and have made the entire experience the most positive Ive had in a healthcare setting. What they call "Doctors Report" was critical to my understanding of the care Id be receiving and why. Im fully aware that patient education is the foundation of mutual buy-in to the patient-doctor relationship and care plan/approach. They have been providing care education throughout this process! I am healing. I feel better physically and mentally, which makes sense because the mind and body are specialized parts of a whole. Chiropractic care will be a part of a lifetime commitment to better care of myself. Greg, my husband, and I share in that thought. And what it costs to feel this much better, couldnt be more reasonable, truly. My husband and I are beyond grateful for the folks at Premier Chiropractic!

I have gone to a lot of chiropractors in my lifetime and I have to say that Premier Chiropractic is one of the best practices I have experienced! Dr. Michael and Dr. Ericka are top notch professionals who are not only knowledgeable and skilled, they teach us as patients about our own health and how chiropractic works to repair and enhance that. The office is clean and bright, has warm and inviting staff, and has state of the art equipment which gives me additional confidence that my health is in the best of hands! I have seen personal improvements, also, as the weeks and months have passed, so I know that Dr. Michael and Dr. Ericka are helping me to reach that optimal level of health and pain-free living that we all want to experience. I would gladly recommend Premier Chiropractic to anyone looking for a chiropractor. You will not find a better practice!

Ive known Dr. Mike Montelione my entire life, growing up together becoming very close friends. Mike has always expressed a strong desire and passion to become a Chiropractor. I can remember a conversation we had a few years back on the telephone with him telling me he was starting school, pursuing his dream. I kept in contact with Mike over the years and speaking to him earlier this year, in which he shared the news of the opening of Premier Chiropractor. I have seen tremendous growth, persistence and dedication from both Dr. Mike and Ericka and truly know deep down that they are in this because they care and have a love to serve people with their needs, whatever that may be. I cant wait to see the place and get out there for an adjustment, highly recommended! 5 STARS!!! Great people, friendly, educated and professional!! What more could you need?

We here at Workout Anytime believe in coaching/teaching and partnering with amazing places so members learn how the science works behind the exercise. Premier Chiropractic is very hands on provided by Dr Michael/Mike & Dr Ericka Montelione. Weve sent a great amount of members over for them for care. A lot of members and individuals have the fear of Chiropractors due to previous experience, he say/she say, and just not wanting to hear the bones pop. How ever the bones arent really popping theyre being slightly aligned and naturally over time back in place with science. We at Workout Anytime appreciate the service provided by Drs Mike & Ericka, but more so the community service drive they have to help as many people in need with some major fun events! My husband was looking for a new chiropracter for our family and he happened upon Dr. Mike and Dr. Ericka at Premier Chiropractic. What a blessing they are! Both of them take their time during adjustments and its evident they care for each and every patient and their well-being. Its not like other practices where you might walk in and get a general adjustment and youre out the door, maybe feeling the doctor didnt give you the attention you needed. The doctors here do a detailed assessment beforehand to know exactly what care and treatment you are going to need so when you walk in for your adjustment they know exactly what to do and what points on the body are needing attention. Dr. Mike and Dr. Ericka are two people who you can see genuinely love helping people, and Im excited my family found them! - Joanna W.

Being new to Spring Hill moving from Florida along with living with chronic pain from old injuries I found myself looking for a way to fix the root cause not each symptom, so thats when I found Premier Chiropractic. I use the computer a lot and spend hours typing for my job and had been experiencing wrist pain. So not only Did Dr. Ericka start to adjust my specific subluxation within my spine to deal with my chronic pain in my neck and back she also adjusted my wrist. After two adjustments to my wrist the pain subsided and I have full range of motion back in my wrist. Ive improved my range of motion in my neck too and cant wait to gain full recovery! I have also brought my husband and my two boys in for treatment! We are a family on the mend with Chiropractic adjustments...looking for whole family wellness!

I really have never been one to "take care" of myself, but a family day to the Spring Hill Business Expo brought me to a table where I met two of the sweetest people ever, Austin and Hannah from Premier Chiropractic. And, from that moment our life changed. Getting adjusted routinely has literally freed me. I have spent the last several years feeling bound up under the stresses of life, work and expectations. This all showed in the way I carried myself and how I allowed my "structure" to deteriorate...older than I was. I now feel younger, less stressed, healthier and just better. Ive loved my experience at Premier! I started going to Dr. Ericka when I was 30 weeks pregnant because she is Webster certified. I have been significantly more pain free and am really impressed with their pregnancy care plan - any other chiropractor I would have to go to once in a while because of how expensive it would end up being, but with my care plan in place I can enjoy going twice a week (and three times a week for the last few weeks of pregnancy) without paying more. Dr. Ericka is also wonderful with my 2 year old daughter, who actually asks to go see her, and Dr. Mike has been working with my husband. We are extremely happy with the care weve been receiving and plan on being clients for a long time to come.
