I asked about my insurance coverage over the phone and was told my insurance plan would cover my appointment. I got to the office and gave an assistant my insurance card, and I was not informed otherwise. However, at the end of my appointment, I was told that my plan does not cover anything. Could I not have been informed before the procedures? Unprofessional and rude!!
