Ive been to many chiropractors in my life and several in Nashville. This clinic has become an extension of my home. Not only have my X-rays shown vast improvement of my spinal health but I deal with much less pain and have an increased metabolism. First off Ive taken human anatomy is college and have a strong understanding of the body and how to read an X-ray. Jenny and Jason have also always been available to help recommend other lifestyle changes that have helped me in my path to overall health and happiness. On another note, I want to mention a testament to how amazing these two chiropractors are. My roommate and myself adopted a rescue dog named DJ. Originally we were just going to foster her but she became a part of the family. After a few months of having her she started to have problems moving normally and became lethargic and unable to get out of her bed. Anytime she tried to move she would cry. Very strange for a 1-2 year old dog. I took her to the vet immediately and they checked her over and took X-rays. Ultimately they gave me antibiotics and puppy Prilosec and told me she must have eaten something or is having bowel obstruction. This vet also told me to expect her to either start having diarrhea and vomiting. Neither of these things happened and she was eating just fine. Finally the vet told me I may need to put her down so she wouldnt suffer anymore. Unacceptable. I told Dr Jason about my puppy and he asked to see the X-rays. He immediately saw the issue in a lower vertebrae of Djs back and told me to bring her in for a simple adjustment. I had to carry her in from the car because she still wouldnt walk. Dr Jason have her a neck adjustment and then had me hold her for a lower back adjustment. Needless to say he gave her tail a yank and she yelped loudly but it was unlike a Yelp of pain. He tail started wagging immediately and she walked back out to the car excited and ready to play. Ill be forever thankful for this help from the Kestners. Not only for looking after me but for going the extra mile with my pup. Go see these two. They are amazing people and chiropractors and youll be in amazing hands. I promise.

Ive been going to KFC since December 2015. Im very impressed, I did not realize how much pain I was in, until I had no pain. I can turn my head and look over either shoulder with out raising my arm/shoulder. I no long have most of the pain in my neck, shoulder or shoulder blade area or mid back. Dr. Jason has also been working on my carpule tunnel and even though I do still get tingling on and off I have had no pain and very little numbness and my hands feel more "normal". The staff are great and go out of their way to help even standing in a parking spot in the rain so I could move my truck from around back...LOL. I really appreciate them. My treatment is still on going but so far they have made my quality of life so much better. The other night I was listening to music and I got up and danced, I have not danced like that in years. I started crying, not from sadness but from joy!
