My first visit to Universal Smiles in Edgewater and I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were very professional and made me feel welcome. Angie did a great job cleaning my teeth and I could tell that she had a great deal of experience in her field. I felt as if I had been coming there for a long time. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Palmer, who was extremely helpful and gave me some good options for my teeth.

Moved to area needed new dentist. Asked around and had multiple people ecommend and speak very highly of here so I gave it a try. Was VERY happy. Great caring careful dentist who values my time and desnt have long waits. Competent friendly efficient staff returns calls coordinates things needed, great followup on questions or insurance problems. I will be going here from now on. Highly recommend.

I recently went here I would recommend it to anyone who is Seeking a dentist. The office staff is amazing very pleasant. They can get you in quick if you have an emergency. They make you feel very welcome and have a homie office. Very neat and clean and the staff is very informative. The dentist himself is very nice and gentle. I would recommend anybody go here its a great place!

The staff was very professional and yet friendly at the same time! It was more like visiting a fun group of friends than going to the dentist...AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE! The dentist was so likable that he made my phobia of dentistry non-existent!
