I absolutely loved Dr. Ful. He was very friendly and showed he truly cared about his patients. I was unable to see Dr. Davis due to over scheduling. I had missed an appointment over the summer a year ago due to my daughter having an asthma attack. I was then put on the "wait list" by a very rude receptionist named Jean. For over six months without one single call back, I took it upon myself to call back after I thought I had a cavity. I was then scheduled an appointment. I went in and after my appointment I was told by Jean that they were over booked and she would call when they could fit me in. Baffled at the way I was constantly being put on a "waitlist" I asked her if it was possible to make me an appointment in May even though it was three months past my visit for a cleaning. When it came time for my appointment, I did not receive a "courtesy" call from them to remind me about my appointment, so being a busy mother and a teacher, naturally I forgot! When I called to apologize, and ask why I wasnt given a courtesy call to remind me about the appointment, I was told by the extremely RUDE receptionist Jean that the call is simply a courtesy and if they are too busy they do not make the call to remind us. She then proceeded to tell me that I could not schedule an appointment and again I would be put on the "wait list." I asked if I could speak to a doctor or anyone else about this issue and I was told I was not able to do so. After me being extremely confused and frustrated about not being able to speak to anyone else but her I told her I had a toothache, it was an emergency and I needed to speak to a doctor if I had to go to another dentist. She then said she could get me an appointment. That right there showed me she did not want me to speak with anyone else this was just her own policy she created to either keep herself out of trouble or keep me away. Towards the end of the conversation, she then stated "this conversation is over" and hung up on me. It was very strange and felt like for some reason this woman did not want me in the office and I am extremely displeased with the way the situation was handled and how I was treated. I am a second grade teacher and I am proud to say that even my seven and eight year old children would take accountability for treating someone the way Jean has treated me. Never have I had to deal with that level of rudeness with any person working in an office my entire 26 years of life. I hope you read this Jean, I will be coming in the office today to speak with a doctor to make SURE he is aware of your behavior and that I can get all of my medical records so I never have to burden you with my teeth again.

Dr. Davis is am excellent dentist. He is patient and kind and listens carefully to your dental needs. His staff is cordial and office is very pleasant, and his equipment is up to date. He does excellent quality work for a fair price. I have been seeing him for five years and always am satisfied with the quality of his work. Scheduling is easy and waiting time in reception area is no longer than ten minutes.

Dr. Davis has been my dentist for for over 20 year. I have always had excellent service and care . If I have had problems on weekend he has alway responded. A very kind and gentle soul , I always tell my friends about the wonder service he proves. You could not ask for a better staff, Bonita and Karen who help to make it a very pleasant office visit .

Ive been with Dr. Davis for several years, and its been wonderful. My last visit, there was new office staff, Nicole was my new heingenist and was very nice. Best of luck to the staff that have moved on, hope all is well.
