I have had a lifelong struggle finding a dentist that I was truly comfortable with, and that was not judgmental about hereditary dental issues. After nearly 32 years I am beyond thankful to say that the search is over! I visited Dr. Marouf at Ivanhoe Dental based on some positive reviews, and the offices convenient location. Dr. Marouf was able to squeeze me in on a random afternoon when I was having some pain, which I greatly appreciated. I had several cavities that were poorly placed by other dentists, as well as two molars with deep cavities that I knew needed to come out. Dr. Marouf took the time to explain what was causing me pain, and how she planned to fix it. She also explained some great preventative measures that I should take to improve my dental hygiene. In less than an hour she removed my pain causing molars, and replaced all of my bad fillings. She was patient, caring, gentle, and I felt no pain! I was even eating solids again the next day! I am truly thankful for the work that was done, and will continue to come back to see Dr. Marouf with my family for many years to come! I finally found my dental home!

Ive had the same dentist since I was 5 or 6 years old, up until my mid twenties, when my dentist retired. I tried out a few different dentists, and was really surprised by the great differences in attention and care delivered during these sessions (mostly for the worse). I then found Dr. Kim at Ivanhoe Dental in Riverdale. Dr. Kim has a great talent in putting patients at ease (even when there are drills spinning at 1,000 rpm inches from my teeth, eek!). I was treated with the upmost standard of care, and have found my new dentist for a long time to come. Note to Dr. Kim - please dont retire anytime soon!

Excellent Customer Service! Dr. Patterson and his assistant are wonderful and they are very personable. Dr. Patterson has demonstrated over and over again that he cares about my teeth. When I first started going back to Ivanhoe I was given a dentist that wasnt good and had no personality at all. When I called the office to complain they immediately offered me another dentist which was Dr. Patterson. If youre not satisfied with your service they are willing to acccomodate you to your satisfaction. Again, excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Office is always clean. Staff are friendly and prompt. Had 3 different extractions performed and they have all healed without complication. Prices are affordable without insurance. Dr. Dalia Marouf and her nurse took care that I didnt feel any pain. Was done with both teeth within 5-7 minutes! Was given follow up instructions and medicine that has made my recovery painless. Very happy! I highly recommend this facility.

I use to love this dentist office, until they terminated my session because I missed an appointment due to a death in my family. I dont owe them any money, but they dropped me anyway....oh well.. I also called when I couldnt make it, to reschedule.... I work at a hospital, so if I get called in to work, guess what, Im going.

I love this place. Theyre very professional, personable and have you in and out. They take the time to answer any questions you may have plus they work with you if youre not rolling in money. The addition of text/voicemail reminders is something I really appreciate because I forget my appointments sometimes.

My dentist is excellent. I had a new crown made. It fit like glove. No adjustments needed. The numbing with dental work is so good I napped when my dentist was working on my teeth. That is unheard of. Professional staff. Uses technology to comunicate. Well worth the drive from downtown
