I had been a patient for 4 years at Dr. Tildens office. I say "had" because of my experience this morning. Before this morning, I had had similar experiences to the other two reviewers -- never had a cavity in my life until I saw them at the age of 24 and suddenly had 3 cavities over the next year. I never had a second opinion, and am starting to think I should have. But I convinced myself they were just being thorough and kept going.... Until this morning. I had an appointment that took forever to obtain because (1) they never responded to my email (which according to their website is one way of setting up appointments and (2) once I finally did talk to someone, finding an opening was challenging. Then this morning, I was running 10 minutes late due to a delay on the redline. I called the office 5 minutes before my appointment time to let them know, and was then put on hold for over 5 minutues. I hung up once it became clear they had forgotten about me. And besides, by then I was only about 5-10 minutes from the office. I arrived and was informed that my appointment was given away. I had an 8:00AM appointment and was told at 8:10 that the hygenist, Evita, had already taken her next patient and could see me in 40 minutes. What office doesnt give a 10 minute grace period?? (By the way -- since Evita had already taken her patient, that means that she actually gave me even less than a 10 minute grace period!) This is not the first time Ive run into problems with this office. The great irony is that dont think Ive ever waited less than 20 minutes for my appointment, even when Ive arrived early. This office is incredibly poorly run and I do not have confidence in the quality of either the doctors or hygenists. Worst of all, when I told them that I was disappointed in how they were handling this and that they were risking losing a patient after 4 years, they could not have cared less. I will not be back. Stay away from this "practice."

Brindell, Jordan and Staff, The impression I had, today, of my visit, crown, cleaning, and new office compelled me to send off this thank you note. I am grateful for the quick visit you made for my problem. Jordan and his assistant working so smoothly together. I was kind of desperate when my tooth cracked at home on Saturday. You got me into the office first thing this morning. I cant say any more than what I have already said. Thanks to the young lady that gave my the teeth the best cleaning possible. I never received such a meticulous and thorough cleaning. I felt completely secure knowing that she was so attentive and focused on cleaning every tooth and groove. I felt at home in the beauty of the new office and the flowers; the color coordination relaxed me and I felt invited. Thanks for the coffee. I will be back, Lord willing. Dr. Tilden is a dental magician. I had a procedure performed this morning and had the usual uneasiness that comes before sitting in a dental chair. I was greeted by Dr. Tilden who has a friendly and comforting demeanor. He answered my questions and put me at ease. I closed my eyes and let Dr. Tilden perform his magic. No pain, not a bit. His office has the latest technology, modern décor and the friendliest staff. I also have to mention Evita Sanchez, the tooth fairy goddess. She has been my hygienist for many years. She is highly skilled and has personality plus. The whole experience is unbelievably pleasant. I give Dr Tilden and Evita "tens across the board."

great explanation of everything including policy. did not do any work without my consent. Excellent bedside manner!!! Did not charge me anything without itemizing and calling me first.
