Amazing experience and awesome staff!! Soooo glad I found Dental Group of Chicago when I was searching for a new dentist and exploring dental implants as an option for a very old failing bridge. The positive reviews swayed me to check them out…..best thing I could have ever done. My first visit was to meet them and deal with severe pain around a post tooth securing my old bridge. The office manager Robin fit me in with a new patient appointment the next day cause she could tell I was in so much pain when I called. Both Robin and Renee are the best and they do an amazing job of making every patient feel comfortable and special. Dr Reznikov dealt with my pain issue on day 1 and discussed the process for me to consider if I went with implants. He suggested practical implant solutions that I was comfortable with at my age and financially. I had spoken to several other dental offices about implants and could tell it was all about the money for them and they didn’t seem very accommodating otherwise. I never once felt this way with the team at Dental Group of Chicago. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and really try to work with you as a patient. Well I decided on dental implants in Dec 2016 and had the procedure done mid-Jan 2017. I was very nervous BUT let me just say THIS TEAM IS DOUBLE AMAZING! Dr Reznikov and Dr Gromov completed my tooth extractions, bone buildup, implants and construction of my temp bridge the same day. Tasha and Sylvia made sure that I was comfortable thru-out the procedure…..they are the best and so warm and caring. Tasha draped this cool leopard print blanket over me to keep me warm and comfy. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort! Renee sent me home with soup and a carepack that was everything I needed….including that leopard print blanket : ) Robyn even called me that night and checked on me and gave me her cell # for any reason in case I wanted to call her. You are in first class all the way with this team! The entire experience was smooth and went just as Dr Reznikov had told me. I am so pleased with the results and that I went with the dental implants. More so I am glad to have found an awesome dental team to handle all my dental care. Thank you Dr Reznikov, Dr Gromov and kudos to the entire team!!!

Worst experience . I have post traumatic stress due to a bad experience when I Wess young at the dentist. I have a appliance ( cosmetic called snap on smile ) I took several days In March locating a specific dentist that is trained and familiar with it. I also needed to be sure they accepted by insurance . The office personnel stated the were familiar with the appliance and made a appointment . In February I got all my hard copies and x-Rays and took it to them , along with insurance information . I went in , refilled out information again . The hygentist prepped me. I also called ahead and noted I would needed to numbed before the cleaning . They were caught of guard . The dentist comes in and told me the pratice had changed hands since then ,and he does not , nor trained with the device. It was a waste of my time and my friends time that was my transportation . I stayed professional and calm as I could be . I informed him his website was incorrect and the administer of it needed to fix it . From my understanding , he said it was his wife . I said my time is done here . He put the chair in the up position and I left , upset and distraught .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! You have enough options for dental care in the South Loop. I highly recommend you do not go here. After I inquired about a price of service, Dr. Reznikov looked up my copay right in front of me and told me a specific price. Weeks later I received a bill in the mail for double what I had already paid them. When I called to inquire about my bill the office manager Renee was condescending and extremely unprofessional. I expressed my disdain and they would not void my bill even after I had her speak to Dr. Reznikov about it (he knows he was in the wrong). I then mailed them my check despite the situation at hand so imagine my surprise when I then receive a harletter in the mail from his office manager Renee telling me that they were going to turn me into collections (even though I still had days to pay my bill). I had it at this point and decided to do something atypical and write reviews so that others do no go here. ONCE AGAIN, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER DENTISTS TO CHOSE FROM IN THE SOUTH LOOP. GO ELSEWHERE SO YOU DO NOT END UP IN MY SITUATION!!!!!!!

I am so happy to have finally found a dentist I am completely comfortable with in the city. From scheduling my appointment (got in very quickly), to the cleaning, to xrays - everything was quick and painless. All of the staff here is top notch. The location is very easy to get to via public transportation being right on Michigan Avenue. TVs on the ceilings of the patient rooms are a great addition to their newly updated space. Dr. Reznikov was very thorough while explaining some not so fun stuff found in my x-rays due to past tooth trauma. He asked about my dental history and told me his concerns but wanted to get the opinion of his Periodontist as soon as he could. He helped me schedule a consultation with Dr. Gromov when I was already going to be back in the office for a cavity filling, who was again very detailed at explaining what the next steps should be. Comfort and convenience is a high priority here which makes me wish I had switched dentists sooner. I really trust my smile in their hands.

Recently had an issue with a chipped tooth. Sidenote: Kids dont eat twizzlers it wont end well. SInce I dont have a dentist in Chicago I had to scramble to find someone that would help address my best impression of a 4 year olds gap toothed smile. I called this office as it was conveniently located not far from the loop. The office admin was super pleasant and understanding and scheduled me to see Dr. Alex later in the afternoon. When I arrived, the doctor promptly saw me, put on a temporary fix and scheduled me for a follow up appointment. There was no issues with insurance coverage as I had run into with a few dentist visits in the past. Couldnt be happier with the customer service from the doctor and his team, and they really helped me out when I had no where to go, they have earned me as a loyal patient.

my previous dentist was a nice man but apparently he did a pretty lousy job where eventually I ended up losing my tooth and other teeth have to be redone ( talking about root canals and crowns $$$) . I was very nervous and cautious while looking for a new doctor. Then we found DGOC which ended up doing my dental implant. Thats some serious procedure but Dr. Reznikov was such a pleasure to work with, very nice, professional, attentive, followed up before and after the procedure personally. they dont offer full sedation but they did offer gas and medication which I loved and it made my procedure so much more tolerable :) The front desk ladies Robyn and Renee were really sweet and very helpful and worked around my travel schedule with patience. You really feel like this office cares and needs you as a patient.
