OMG PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT THIS PLACE. The service from the staff was great but the dentist himself Mr. Behnam is a horrible awful person. To make a long story short I was seen at the office on 8/8/16 to get teeth attractions, at the time he had to send over to my insurance company a letter for approval which would take at least 3 to 5 business days. Ive waited 2 weeks in which they did approve the work. Soon after that his office called me to schedule appointment for 8/30/16. After waiting since 8/8 I finally went in on 8/30 to have three teeth extracted, the ladies at the front desk was helpful & nice. After signing in one of the ladies told me that she didnt know if I was aware that there would be a $85 fee for bone structure placement. Mind you theyve called me 4 times to confirm an appointment and each time no one told me that hed charge $85 to save a bone. I thought that shouldnt been optional. But to make a long story short I refused to pay $85 to save something i didnt too much care for. So after she went and told the dentist that I didnt want to pay to have my bone saved, he refused to extract 3 of my of the teeth. And when asked to speak with him as he approached me I asked him why didnt anyone explain to me last visit that there would be an $85 charge to save my bone? and why isnt that an option? I wasnt financially prepared. He told me to be quite honest with you Medicaid doesnt pay me enough to pull these teeth. At that moment I was passed pissed! Because the way I look at it was that 1st of all thats not my problem and second off that was very unprofessional to tell me as a customer who has Medicaid that they dont pay enough for him to pull my teeth. As if I dont mean nothing. So I went on and ask but if I would have paid the $85 you would have pulled them right? He replied back to me yes he wouldve. He also went on to say for what my insurance is paying him to pull my teeth which is $96 each, that its not worth his time and that he could go to McDonalds or Burger King and flip burgers and get paid more than what my insurance would pay. Im like its not my fault that you work under Medicaid. Once agian very unprofessional. You dont tell someone that. I honestly think the bastard was pissed since I didnt want to pay the extra $85 to save a damn bone. He was trying to get paid for unnecessary work. I called my insurance Co and they said based on the x-rays he sent over, they approved it as a simple procedure. He thinks its worse than that. So he wants to get paid am amount that not exceptable by them. They feel its simple, so thats what they paid for. But after talking to the EEOC and filing my complaint based on how i felt I was discriminated against IT WONT BE SOON THAT HES CLOSED DOWN!!

The dentist was rude. The staff around him are nice. Simply put and straight to it this was my 3rd visit to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I was scared to have 2done being I drove myself . I called ahead of my appt to see if that was fine being I wasnt perscribed this drug I was given last time that had me completely out of it. The girls in the office said no Id be fine to drive myself . Remembering my last visit when the drugs wore off ,& pain was excruciating all I could do was cry. When he came in he was rushing no hello how are you just looking at the xrays and said aloud what teeth were being pulled. I asked if he could only pull one instead of both he got a slight attitude and asked what group I was in ( MEDICAID) he then said to be honest medicad dont pay enough to take one. I have to take both today or u can go somewhere else. So I said really?? More so my comment was directed towards his nastiness but he then went on to say I could refer u to a specialist. I sat there for a second while he continue to set up and asked for the referral. Oh his attitude got real nasty and he said nothing shoveled the papers around told his assistant something and walked out. My friend said he was real rude when she brought me yo my last visit. I cant remember the first. If you have medicaid look around dont waste time for convince. The girls at the front desk arent working in your mouth he is and dont care.I read the reviews and proceeded anyway because of my pain but take heed. Im not sure how the other bad reviews got moved but there is actually one review where he responded to a complaint with a attitude

Man its crazy I was online tonight looking for a dentist because I am new in the area and my insurance provide put this dentist office on my insurance card for me to see ... But I most say I never been here I never seen the place or where it is locate but after reading the owner or whoever is responding to the client message made me change my mind because for one if I was to go here an if I was unhappy with the service I would not look for a company that know about my condition and the reason for my visit to put my information out to the public like this person is doing ... I do believe in Patient Privacy and the HIPP Law that is clearing being misuse on here .... Its ok to respond by saying you regret to hear that a patient wasnt please with your service and if they would like to call the office and explain what went wrong so they can correct the problem or explain why the out come was the way it was instead of saying dont be cheap on your health or explaining to a patient about his or her problem with their teeth and the reason they had to do things different was because of how bad the tooth was ... People that is Patient Privacy plus that is broken HIPP Policy ... SMH I WILL CALL TOMORROW AND CHANGE MY PROVIDER BECAUSE IF I SEE MY INFORMATION OUT LIKE THIS A LAWYER WILL HAVE THEIR ASS FOR BREAKING PATIENT PRIVACY AND FOR MISUSING HIPP LAWYER!

I have actually been here before and I have to say the visits went well. The dentist was great with me and so were the girls in the front office. I need some more work done so I called today to make an appointment. To make a long story short whom ever I got on the phone made a call that she did not need to make. When I called her out on it and told her she had no business making that cal she was very quick and snotty to say well do you want to make an appointment or not......I said no I dont think so and hung up. Really pissedme off but hey she works there but she did not need to talk down to me or act like I didnt know what I was talking about. Its a shame people like that cost you customers........
