Recently, Ive had some extensive dental work done at the Griffin, GA office and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience there has been! Dr. Monica Dawson is "the bomb" and does everything possible to ensure that her patients are comfortable and properly cared for. The staff are AMAZING...so caring and professional in every way! A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Dawson, Clenda, Laura, Shareen, Tiffany, Brianna & Shardia for making a "scaredy cat" patient like me feel totally at ease and for giving me back a beautiful smile! You ladies are the best and I highly recommend the Griffin office for all your dental needs!

I am beyond disappointed that I cant get my tooth bonded without being pressured to get a deep cleaning I dont want and has nothing to do with repairing a small chip on my tooth. Especially in this situation according to my insurance carrier a senior citizen or anyone else for that matter has the right to wave a treatment they cant afford or dont want. I only needed a small corner of my tooth bonded. Thetefore, now I have to walk around with a front tooth chipped because Aspen Dental refused to fix it unless I agree to let them do an expensive treatment I cant afford nor want.

Did not find the appointment satisfying at all. Given a bunch of numbers to make me bankrupt. Dont have a job now and there is no sympathy for that and on top of that, I went in with a pain in the Right Upper/Lower jaw and was not prescribed anything for that. I rang the next day and they told me to collect the prescription, why they could not give me that while I was there. I dont think they care much about the patient and what kind of paaaaaaiiiiiiin they are dealing with. What makes them think that I would want to get treatment from them?

Wonderful staff and dentist. I cannot say enough nice things about this dental practice. They are very caring with each patient. I was made comfortable during my initial evaluation. The doctor and technicians explained every procedure and were very gentle. Their prices seemed lower than most. I will be going back next week for my first procedure and do not dread it as often happens with dentist visits. I loved the receptionist. She was so thoughtful and helpful.

I have had two upper dentures in the past six years. You couldnt see them when I smiled which made me look as if I still had no teeth. I went to Aspen Dental recently in hopes of receiving a natural looking smile again, one that actually shows my teeth. Now I have a nice smile. I love love love the service I received. The staff was very nice and attentive to my concerns and questions about my teeth. The only thing I disagreed about is they dont take medicare part A and B maybe in the near future that would be a plus for myself and a million others who receive this type of insurance.

Very slow and not professional at all, I waited 1 hr to be seen and i had an appointment, after the xrays i waited another hour to be seen by a consultant so i left and noone tied to stop me and ask why im leaving. They schedule to many appointments and not enough staff.

Very slow and the staff does not throughly explain the treatment plan. The only thing they highlighted was prices and wanted $50 without explanation of anything. We will find another dentist office that treats their patients like people and not dollar signs.

Never agian they gave me meds that I was allergic too to start with and we waited my husband in the truck and me in the chair for 3 hours we both got our money back started on our charge card and walked out after they were charging us $ 10,000 dollars ;(

I was called for an open slot in the afternoon of the current day, but had an appointment the following day to have a temp crown replaced with the permanent. They were very gentle as always and were kind enough to include an exam while I was there.

Very warm environment. Very professional. Originally only came for extractions but if they do a good job there too.. Keeping me numb and such. Ill most likely stay. The team is just very good. The hygentist was extremely informative! Great job!

The experience was nice and informative until they lead you to the finance lady and she discussing prices, then everything went left from this point. Im just saying they are a bit more expensive than the average dentist offices in Griffin.
