On August 12 , 2016 my husband was in severe pain so I schedule him an appointment for the following Monday at 10:30. Upon his arrival he waited 1 hour and a half before being called to the back. After he was called to the back and examined, he learned that he had a hole in his wisdom tooth and a second tooth was pressing against a nerve that needed to be removed. The dentist that was there at the time could not do the job. They reschedule him to come back the following Wednesday. To make matters worse they were to call his prescription in and they failed to do so. After arriving home and waiting for an hour on his prescription, he called the office back a second time . They assured him that they had done so, but again nothing was ever called in. As I sat and watched my husband cry, I decided to call the emergency line which was after hours to leave a message. The receptionist finally made contact with Dr. Monira Uddin two hours later and here response was "Im@ a birthday party and I will not be calling Kroger nor will they be speaking to me." If you go to this dentist office, this is how you will be treated. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! This is the worst place Ive ever been!!!! I would like to thank the receptionist for keeping it real. PLEASE DONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!! NOT EVEN A DEAD PERSON!!!!!!

Let me just start by saying that wait times are LONG AND SLOW, do not come here if you have no patience! I went there a couple of weeks ago for a routine cleaning, Ive had a little pain on a bottom right tooth and wanted it check as well. I got to different stories from two separate dentist at there facility and then got a bill for all the work I needed and the total cost was about $4,000. I told them I would have to wait to get insurance and then come back but they refused to give me anything else for my tooth. A month later the same side gave me problems I looked up emergency dental facilities and came intouch with another. No surprise since they didnt prescribe me anything I had developed a bad infection, I explained the Dentist the situation with this facility and he looked surprised when I told him all the work they said I needed. No extractions, no root-canals or anything was needed like they had stated. He treated my infection and took care of two cavities and gave me a final cleaning and sent me on my way! I was so thankful I came across this other facilities, I will NEVER be back to this place again, nor me or my family. All they care about is money, & if you decided to still come here make sure you get a second opinion about all that "work" your going to "need".

This experience was horrendous the oral surgeon tried to manipulate me and my daughter into having unwarranted extractions which would require an admission to Childrens Hospital. And when I did not fully understand why this was being requested "only here to have three teeth removed "because we were referred to her from Our orthodontist and dentist with a treatment plan and.....Now the oral surgeon was requesting that we have 10 teeth removed. Because I would not comply and insisted that we were not here for the extractions in which she was demanding be done she Shrugged her shoulders ", And in an insensitive Manor got up and turned and walked away . And refused to see my daughter. I inform the insurance company that I believe she is scamming the insurance company for extra services that are not warranted. Also be advised your Hippa rights are being violated! If you decide to use this office for its services be aware of what your rights are and also get a second opinion.

I came to the office Wednesday only to find out their computers were down and they needed to reschedule me appointment. It made me upset because the computers had been down for hours and they had all of my contact information but never contacted me. After waiting and leaving the computers came back up so they called to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Monday. On Wednesday I reached out to Carla Stanley the regional manager but never heard anything. Monday no one told me they were running behind but took my payment. I told the receptionist I reached out to Carla about the situation. She said the computers went down right before I came in for my appointment which was a lie. She said the best they could do was $25 but she had to find out. After waiting to be seen the hygienist tells me Carla was sitting in the front and never chimed in on the situation. I will never come back here again. I

I wish I could give them a negative. This office is terrible, they never answer the phones. You honestly have to drive all the way there just to sit there for hours to ask a simple question or schedule and appointment. At my last visit I waited for almost 3 hours just to be told the dental hygienist was booked for the day and that I should return the next morning. I did not return hoping I could go to another great expression closer to me, unfortunately they dont accept my insurance at a different location which is odd being that its the same company. So I am stuck with the unprofessional office. They should be shut down.

Had a root canal done not even long ago about 6 months in. Mouth hurts so I go in they bring me to back do X-ray and see that my root canal wasnt done right by them. Told me to come back trying charge me 369 to get one tooth removed. And was given a total of no more then 500 for all teeth I needed extracted. Im glad I stopped going here CHAMBLEE DENTAL IS THE BEST EXPECIALLY With NO INSURANCE AND I DONT Even HAVE To HAVE SO Many TEETH DONE THANKS TO THEM. Try CHAMBLEE DENTAL

Everything that I had to deal with there turned out very well and the staff was very nice and professional. I dont believe Ive ever had anyone call me at home to check on me after a procedure until they did yesterday...It was very nice, considerate and thoughtful. I feel like the staff that worked with me yesterday should get a raise, bonus or a banquet because they really did an amazing job.... and I Thank Them Very Much!!!!!!!

Horrible! They over medicated my daughter for her 3 extractions & her heart started beating eradically. They only pulled one out & had to stop the procedure & call an ambulance to take her to the emergency room because they couldnt stabilize her. She was in the cardiac section of the emergency room for a day where they ran tests with nothing conclusive. You cannot imagine how scared I was! I will not recommend anyone to them!

The MOST unprofessional and unconcerned staff Ive ever encountered! And they had audacity to ask me to 900 for services they hadnt even rendered! Wasted my time and not to mention the days I had taken off for a procedure that didnt happen! And no one cared about the inconvenience this put me in. Talk about caring about your experience and the clients who pay for those people to have a job to come to.
