Dr. Paulen and her staff are amazing! I went in for an unplanned root canal, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. They picked up my call before hours, got me in that same morning, took care of my root canal, and I felt zero pain! Thats the first time Ive had a root canal with zero pain or discomfort (Ive had two prior to that). As someone who generally dislikes all dental visits, I went in thinking this was going to be terrible as well. But Im so happy that Dr. Paulen proved me wrong! She and her team are amazingly warm, friendly, personable, and just fun to be around. I didnt think Id be laughing and taking photos with the staff after a root canal (who does that?!?). Overall I give them an A+ and recommend them to anyone who wants their dental visit to be smooth, hassle free, quick, and as enjoyable as humanly possible! - Matthew

I love coming to Dr. Paulen and Proud Smiles dental office. Ive been coming to Dr. Paulen for over 7 years and from the front desk to the hygienist theyve been nothing but awesome people!!! Her office is nothing but first class and every time I leave from getting a cleaning Im not afraid to show it off with a smile. Dr. Paulen also removed all four of my wisdom teeth at one time, in which I was terrified to have it done from all the horror stories I heard from other people and their dentist. Dr. Paulen assured me I would be fine, and I must say I didnt have to use the pain medication that was provided to me. Also 2 of my wisdom teeth werent in so I did receive stitches, which I felt no pain after. All in all Im happy to be a patient of proud smiles and will continue to come here for all my dental needs even though they are out of my network! :)

Showed up here after not being in to a Dentist for a year and a half. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and responsive. Let me do my paperwork before I came in (Recommend). which let me get in and out much faster. They then did an analysis of what was needed and explained my payment responsibilities and options well before the work was done. the work was quick and afterwards they were incredibly informative. Everyone hates going to the dentist but I have never left the dentist in a better mood than when I went in. This was a first. 10/10 would recommend. Location is just off 285 on Roswell road and it is well worth the drive.

This is the Best dental office in the metro Atlanta area--- and in my opinion, on the east coast. Top notch everything: customer service, skills, dental equipment, and professionalism. Dr. Paulen continuously educates herself to remain cutting edge on all the best materials and techniques. Jasmin is an amazingly precise and gentle dental hygienist. Christine and Karen who work the front desk are super helpful and friendly. Every single person who works in this office is the best of the best. If you want a smile to be proud of and you want it to be a great experience, Dr. Paulen is your dentist.

What i love with Proud Smile is they are all professional and really good and does not take advantage me since i have Primary and secondary insurance. Hyginiest also really very detail in cleaning compare to my other dental office that ive been for more than 10 year. I also appreacite is informing me that i may be qualified for additional cleaning since i was diagnos with diabetes. They help me apply and was granted for additional cleaning. One thing i notice here is employee who work here been serving for more than 5 years which means management really good. Highly recommended!!

Ive been seeing Dr Paulen and team for over 12 years! Weve done a lot together: Invisalign, whitening, replace mercury fillings, a crown or two, but the most important is the regular preventative hygiene. Recently I said to Jasmin, "that was fast," and Dr Paulen chimed in, "thats because you take good care of your teeth." I look forward to my visits three times a year; its always good to see old friends. People often compliment my smile and I say, thanks to Proud Smiles Dental!

Ive been coming to Dr. Paulin for about 3 years now and the customer care has been excellent and still maintains that high level of care. The staff is knowledgeable and sensitive to their patients needs. Examples: each procedure has been clearly explained including whats covered by my insurance there has not been a surprise bill not once. Dr. Paulin not only has a organized detailed staff but she is an excellent dentist and has a gentle touch.

I have been struggling with TMJ for years. The pain in my ear because so intense that I went to a ENT that recommended Dr. Paulen. She immediately recognized my issue and gave me a very thorough, understandable explanation of my condition. She did a lot of diagnostics and developed a treatment plan to immediately reduce my pain and start the process of correcting the problem so that the pain should be eliminated all together.

I just had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Paulen. After the Novocain wore off, I had no pain or swelling at all. I am so amazed at how she was able to pull the tooth in such a way that the recovery was painless! Dr. Paulen also did a beautiful job with my fillings, my teeth have not looked this good in a while. I highly recommend her!!!! The staff at Proud Smiles is top notch as well.
