Dr. Barger and his staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Barger takes time making sure my prescription is correct. He explains and shares things about my eyes that could maybe show another health problem and catch it early. When I leave I feel he and his staff have taken good care of me and I cant wait to go back. Their office hours are more flexible. They let me email questions or get an appointment. And they always get right back to me. I recommend anyone at any age to go there, they will take very good care of you!

Dr. Barger diagnosed me with astigmatism after complaints that my contacts werent fitting correctly. I have dealt with this for years and never realized the discomfort could disappear after a small adjustment in my sizing. With my horrible eyesight, good fitting contacts were a necessity and Dr. Barger helped me achieve that. Great staff as well as they were able to answer all my questions about glasses!

I took my 3 yr old for her first assessment and the entire staff worked so well with her, they helped to keep her entertained during my appointment as well. It was a wonderful experience - Dr. Barger explained everything he was doing and what the purpose of each test was for. We were referred to his office by Kansas Optemetric Association, we will definitely be going back every year!

Thank you for the awesome eye appointment this past Saturday. I have been to the eye doctor in the past, but never felt as good about the results of my appointment before. You really went in depth to make sure that I was going to be getting the proper prescription, and I cant thank you enough for all the time you spent with me. I cant wait to get my new glasses! As a teacher you get to eye screenings. No other doctor in town can give you eye care in a more friendly, professional, and timely manner. He is especially great with kids. He has a way of connecting with them and giving them confidence with their new glasses. I recommend Dr. Barger to all teachers and non teachers as well. Go check him out for yourself!!!!

Id been battling itchy eyes for the last year. A co-worker recommended Opticology Eyecare after her good experience with them, so I made an appointment. After Dr. Barger changed my contact brand, I havent had any more trouble. It turns out I was allergic to that contact material! Thank you Dr. Barger! My family and I will be back.

Dr. Barger was very patient and caring with my 5-year old son. He made him feel comfortable and proud during the exam - all while explaining to me in detail what he was looking for and what he was seeing. His staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend Dr. Bargers office!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! The office staff is rude and snotty, they over charged me for a test they say wasnt covered by my insurance, then turned around and billed my insurance for it. they got over $200 between myself and my insurance and they refuse to make it right.

We loved it! The entire process from scheduling to frame selection was very quick and easy. Dr. Barger and his staff were excellent! They did a wonderful job with my 4 year old daughters first exam. We will definitely tell everyone to switch to Dr. Bargers office!
