I went here on Sunday just thinking that I was going to get my old glasses fixed because I broke the leg on them but Brandy suggested that I should just get new glasses. Ive been wanting new glasses but its always a headache, plus I really needed glasses to wear that day! So Brandy looked up my insurance, which I think she had a hard time finding but she didt give up. Her and her coworkers ended up finding the insurance, I picked out the frames that I like and then they sent me down the street to get my eye exam done, which didnt cost anything! The eye exam people faxed the info over to visionworks and then visionworks had my glasses ready for pickup a couple hours later! To think that I was just going in to get my old raggedy glasses fixed to coming out of the store with a beautiful new pair of glasses for a little to nothing price and no headache plus exceptional customer service! Thank you Brandy for making the process so smooth! You guys just earned a lifetime customer & I will be taking my future kids to you guys as well lol.

Great customer service. I highly recommend HD lenses and non glare, i have a high prescription and have a hard time driving at night and my new glasses took care of all that. I will definitely be back next year!

I paid several hundred dollars for one pair of glasses with transition lenses. Waste of money... The lenses are poor quality. And customer service is the worst ever!!
