I started wearing contacts and glasses at 18, and I am now 26. Every eye exam annually has been at a different eye center due to various reasons like moving, job, etc. I just left Marsh Eye Center today and was amazed how wonderful their staff treated me. I brought in an outside prescription, and I needed to purchase contacts and glasses (frame and lenses) today due to insurance expiration. They walked me through what my insurance covered, the different options with contacts and glasses, and the pricing if I chose one or the other for the insurance to cover. After I chose my frame and confirmed my lens prescription, they helped order them online for frame color and size. After that, they ordered my contacts, as well. I left Marsh Eye Center today blown away at how wonderful their customer service and candid nature was throughout the office. I will be returning here for all my eye care needs. In all it took me less than 30 minutes to go through all of this which is half the time it has taken at the 8+ other eye centers Ive been too. If youre looking for a new eye center home, Marsh Eye Center in Southlake, Tx is your place.

Dr. Marsh and the actual practitioners in their office are amazing! The attention I received was excellent and I felt very comfortable with them. They are a bit more expensive than other eye doctors, but that is to be expected in Southlake. Sadly, the same attention does not extend to their billing staff. After my appointment, the staff were very uncertain how to process our common eye insurance. It took three calls and a follow up visit to finally get the required rebate information promised by the doctor. I had to call and get a refund once I discovered they overcharged me for something my insurance explicitly covers. Finally, they gave me a quote for contacts, and I paid the extra amount my insurance didnt cover. Over a month later, I received a bill for even more money. Apparently THEY made an error but wanted to charge ME the difference. I did pay the difference, but this consistent lack of professionalism in their billing department has soured an otherwise positive office.

I have been going to Marsh Eye Center over 11 years and I have been satisfied with their great service since day one! Dr. Carol Marsh coordinated my Lasik procedure 10 years ago which went extremely well. I have continued to use their services on an annual basis for my check-ups. Dr. Branon Marsh took over my care when they started their family. Branon has been great and spends the time to explain everything about the tests. Last year I decided to get custom reading glasses. The optical staff helped me select a pair of "Joe" frames that have elicited nothing but great comments. What are you waiting for? Make an appointment!!

I was referred by a couple coworkers. I have been looking for a really good eye doctor for awhile and when I heard my coworkers had an amazing experience I decided to give it a try. Im so glad I did!! Dr. Marsh is so great! She knew exactly what in needed to fix the issue I was having. From the time I walked in I was greeted by all 4 girls sitting in the front and I was called back and had the best customer service experience!! I am very pleased about this visit and look forward to returning in the future! I have already referred someone else!! Thank you so much for this great experience! You guys are all great!!!

Nice people, but many, many problems. They recommended progressive lenses. Spent over six months (no exaggeration here) of trying to get the prescription right and wasting many, many hours of my time (over 40 hours total, once again no exaggeration). They blamed most of the problems on their lab. They finally said take the current prescription (still not right) or take a refund. I took the refund, which was about $150 less than what I had paid. I went to Eyes Nouveau and they are fantastic (got the prescription right the first time)! Would never, ever do business with Marsh again or recommend them.

Dr Marsh worked with me for over 4 months to find the right laser correction prescription for my eyes. He was very patient with me as a tried many different combinations of contacts to find the ideal correction factor. I never felt rushed nor did I feel like just another paying customer. The staff was always good with follow-up phone calls to verify appointments and Dr Marsh called me on a Sunday evening, 48 hrs after my laser surgery to see how I was doing. First Class Service.

Weve been going to Dr. Marsh for several years now, and enjoy working with all the staff. Hes a very personable specialist that takes the time to explain and even find samples. I dont think youll be disappointed. My son has brought his glasses in several times for repair, yet they havent rolled their eyes once (that weve seen!) I am now sending my mother their way! The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Brannon Marsh is very knowledgeable and takes his time with patients. My husband could not get an eye issue resolved prior to Dr. Marsh. Dr. Marsh corrected the problem on the first visit. Dr. Marsh is also very engaging with kids. We go to Dr. Marsh even though he is out of our eye care insurance network.

I love Dr. Marsh and his staff. We have beenot going to his office for a while now and they have always treated us so well. I recently had lasik and Dr. Marsh met me there and stayed by my side during the whole procedure. It made the experience so much easier and I was so glad he was there. I will never go to another eye doctor. They are amazing!
