I have been using complete family eye care for awhile and I mostly get good service but on occasion I think someone has a bad day and takes it out on the customer. I was there yesterday 02/05/2015 and everyone was pretty nice and curteous. While wating to get helped I was people watching and I noticed one of the girls helping a customer, I couldnt help but think how unprofessional she was being becuase she was chewing gum while talking to this poor guy and not with her mouth closed either she was chompping away at it mouth all opened and everything. I felt bad for the guy because I know I would hate to see someone chewing gum while talking to me. I wondered what she would have done if she accidently dropped the gum out of her mouth. That was just plain RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! If this woman would have been talking to me I would have said something to her. Then she was on the phone talking to a customer and she was doing the same thing. Shame on her for not having respect for the customers. I dont understand why this establishment hasnt told her something before. Overall though I agree the other reviews on here, the staff is very helpful and as I stated before most days they are curteous but they have had their off days in my opinion.

I initially sent my husband to Family Vision Associates on Everhart. He walked in and asked to have his eyes checked and the receptionist rudely told him that they do not accept walk ins, especially when they are about to go to lunch. She handed him a stack of forms to fill out and told him to return 5 hours later. He called me to ask what insurance plan we are under and proceeded to tell me about the rude receptionist. Its understanble that they do not accept walk ins, but her delivery could have been more courteous and professional. I then told him to leave and sent him to Complete Family Eye Care. I called the receptionist at Complete Family Eye Care and asked if they accept walk ins. She said they usually do schedule appointments, but she would fit him in right away. My husband, being the man that he is, hates to fill out forms. He was thrilled that the receptionist asked him questions and began to type in his information immediately. He had a wonderful experience and the staff was courteous and professional. He recommends Complete Family Eye Care to everyone in need of eye care .

Im a new patient with CFEC and after many years of eye exams and purchasing glasses, I was first impressed with the attention (Marie) I received in finding a pair of frames. Usually, Im instructed to look over the frames and pick out the ones I like. I this visit, I was personally questioned and was researched for a frame I had in mind. The measurements were determined and they actually ordered the frame for me! I am part of re enactment groups and had a pair of colonial frames that I wanted the lens changed to my prescription, No problem and affordable! Finally, the doctor was very informative and patient with my questions, especially since there was a concern with one of my eyes. I look forward to many years of service and support with my new found eye care!

Great staff, great doctor, and great service. My entire family have been patients for 10 years. CFEC has the latest technology and take the time necessary to clearly explain everything to you. The office personnel spent time helping me figure out my insurance and found coverage for eye care I didnt even know I had. The contact lens fitting person actually looked up my contacts on an online service for me as I was checking prices. And she beat them! Even if she hadnt, I would still have purchased from them simply because without hesitation, she was willing to check that for me. And potentially lose a sale. Thats the kind of integrity I want in any health care provider. Dr. Ramos and his team are top notch.

Ive been getting my eye exams at Complete Family Eye Care since Dr. Ramos opened shop. I have always had great service. All procedures are thoroughly explained and the staff has always been prompt and courteous. I have called when I needed care for other optical issues and the staff has always accommodated my needs. I would recommend Dr. Ramos anytime and the guy is just so cool, I want to hang out with him. My whole family gets their eye exams here. I would prefer the highest rating be described as something like "completely satisfied" because the loved it thing sounds girlie, but Ill give it 5 stars

I was there on 1/30/14 and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful in choosing the right frame, helped me understand my insurance benefits and explained everything I needed to know about what I wanted in my eyeglasses. While I was there I asked the receptionist to schedule an appointment and she got me in right away. Left there with a thorough eye exam and 2 new pairs of glasses that I know I will love. Have tried other eye care centers and will always return to Complete Family Eye Care !!

I have been a patient of Complete Family Eye Care for several years. This is a wonderful vision provider. They care about my eye sight, and are very thorough with their exams. The entire team is very kind and courteous. I love that they even have Saturday appointments, so I do not have to take off work to have my vision checked. They get 5 stars from me!!

In regards to Brians complaints, there is no way this is true. Dr. Ramos is one of the most caring, professional eye doctors that I have encountered. Sounds like a bitter customer who tried to use a product and then get reimbursed. Dr. Ramos takes his time with the eye exams and is very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.

Terrible place! I didnt like my new glasses prescription but, instead of just giving me my old prescription, which is what I wanted, they said I had to pay for a whole new exam. This place is not interested in customers, just money! I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place!

My daughter and I was just there in December. We both got our eyes examined and ordered glasses. The Doctor and staff was GREAT!!!!!! The doctor explained everything in detailed and the staff were helpful and very nice.

You should try to get them on the phone! Impossible. I pressed 2 to talk to someone, voicemail, pressed 3 for contacts, voicemail, 0 for operator, voicemail, 9, voicemail. Absolute rubbish.
