Absolutely horrible, Ive been calling facilities for days and its the rarest thing to get anyone on the phone, I have to travel 600 miles now to pick up a single sheet of paper because of this. Ive gotten the run around from about 5 different facilities and everytime I thought I had the right person on the phone they say i have to call someone else. Not only do they not answer theres a very annoying message that comes asking for you to type the number of the party youre trying to reach, dont type in the correct number and it hangs up, never want to come here again after this.

Where to start, the website is not up to date at all. There is no easy access to phone number listing for the clinic you need to contact. When you do happen to find a phone number, you will get a computer that wants to direct your phone call to a non-existent extension and hangs up. I have tried calling for 3 hrs and only spoke with 1 human that gave me other phone numbers that never get answered. At least the new building is nice, they have that going for them.

You can absolutely tell the doctors dont care about you. Its like pulling teeth trying to get an obgyn appointment. And waiting for blood results is like waiting for pigs to fly. Ive totally given up on going to the doctor because of this place. Every appointment just becomes more and more disappointing.

My 13 month daughter fell down stairs and had a goose egg pop up. Front desk says "oh shes probably fine but we will look anyways" Um... thanks for your "receptionist" opinion but I advise you to leave those to the doctors. Im a nurse and Im not going to pretend I know my daughter is fine.

Terrible service. Waited in line for over two hours just to get a prescription. I wouldnt go here if I had the choice. If you go to the Pentagon Clinic (If you can even get in there), they have much better service and customer care than this terrible place. Please avoid if possible.

Had an appt with the allergist in immunizations. Although it did take a while to get an appt (roughly 1 month), it was a really good appt in the new building (1060), so I was able to park in the new parking garage and easily walk over. Nice facility in the newer section.

10Mar, Still very slow and inefficient pharmacy! Three weeks later, still cant get simple prescription. 24Mar, This time the system is offline. 7Apr, 3rd time in 5 weeks waiting for vitamins from the pharmacy, lets see if we actually receive them this time.

If waiting at the pharmacy for 2 hours isnt bad enough … how about finally getting called on only to find out they dont have my Rx that my doctor prescribed the very same day. Thank god for CVS

Got new prescription from optometry clinic - two weeks later glasses arrive with wrong prescription in one eye. Phone calls not answered but go to an unidentified voicemail.

Staff at Malcolm Grow are really great. Most if not all are always willing to help. Waiting for medications may take some time, but that happens everywhere. Great job.

Ive been going here for years and received outstanding service and respect every visit. Just what youd expect from a military medical center.

Can not reach a human on the phone. It just goes from one option to another. When you reach your final option, the line just goes dead.

Great place to waste an entire day waiting on very simple medication. If you need medicine, go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible service. By far the worst medical facility I have ever dealt with.

Grab a snickers, not going anywhere for a while if you are waiting on the pharmacy!
