My wife and I changed PCMs about 8-12 months ago from our military treatment facility due to the long drive. We were typically seen by NP Lois Brown who always had a resident practitioner in tow providing excellent training. SHE IS A PHENOMENAL PRACTITIONER! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the front office staff and Tricare Referral Coordinator. Each and every time we interacted with them whether over the phone or in person they were rude and abrupt. Apparently they have enough clientele that customer service is not so important to them. We will miss Lois Brown, she really took care of us.
