I will NOT be back or recommend to anyone! Yesterday, I could hear the rumbling in my chest on the left side myself. I report drycough/rumble/fever. First, the doctor orders a flu test. Negative. THEN, doctor listened to my chest and read X-rays and says my lungs are All Clear. No way! I ask to confirm. I am not going to argue, just pissed I wasted $50. Today the nurse calls to report the X-rays confirm pneumonia in my left lung! Confirm!? The doctor said All Clear, not maybe I hear or see something, but All Clear! Pneumonia is NOT Lungs All Clear!!

I became very ill while traveling and had a truly miserable flight home. I landed at the airport late one Saturdaybnight, and knew I had to see a doctor right away. I dreaded the long waits in emergency rooms and most urgi-centers. I recalled the new Patient First office in Bowie and decided to give it a try. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, and within 20 minutes had blood work and a chest X-ray. Diagnosis was acute bronchitis. Filled prescription on site and I was home within an hour. Amazingly efficient! Great staff!

Very professional and attentive staff. Great service and the wait time was short (5 minutes). I was extremely impressed with the overall service. When youre not feeling well the last thing you want is to have a long wait in the lobby with a bunch of other people who arent feeling well and dealing with staff who dont want to be bothered. The Patient First in Bowie will be my go to place for emergencies. Thank you

First impression was great. However,once I met the doctor ,who offered antibiotics just in case for my 16 months old , I was shocked. I told him that Id rather not give her any mess "just in case". After all, he found an ear infection and rushed us out from the room. Next time, I would rather spend hours in ER and be diagnosed correctly then "whatever attitude " from Patient First. Would never go there again.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! Everyone was so pleasant from the front desk representative to the providers. It is so helpful as a patient that you are able to get your prescriptions (if needed) filled before you leave. Should I need to visit a urgent care again in the future, this place will definitely be my first choice

Took my son in because of stomach pains...I felt the doctor didnt not take the time out to exam him thoroughly...she said it wa strep...I didnt believe it so I took him to his pediatrician the next day...there was no strep and I felt like the doctor was rushing us because it was towards closing...wont visit again.

I went there last night on 1-10-17, and was turned away because my son is 18, 5 days into being 18 and he didnt have identification on him, me as his mother had it and they refused him treatment, for a busted nose, a gash under his eye, and a blood clot in his eye. Wow

I really dont know how this site perform because I was getting out the car with my sick daughter and the person lock the door. She could have at least let us in to see what was wrong. Especially since they had 5 min before they were due to close. Very disappointed.
